This duplex ground-floor apartment is accessible via many stairs (50) leading from the parking area and can accommodate 6 guests. It comprises 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms upstairs and 1 bathroom downstairs. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, while the third bedroom has 2 single beds, and shares the use of a bathroom fitted with a shower, basin, and toilet. The second guest's bathroom is downstairs and fitted with a basin, and toilet. Linen and towels are provided, however, guests are required to bring their own beach towels.

The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, basic cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. In addition, there’s a washing and dryer combo, and dishwasher for guests’ convenience. It extends to the dining area and further opens up to the lounge furnished with comfy couches and a TV with a full selection of DStv channels.

The patio is accessible through the sliding doors of the lounge and offers seating space and a charcoal braai, with sea views in the distance.

Guests are afforded secure parking on the premises in a single lock-up garage and can enjoy other facilities on-site which include 6 communal swimming pools, a whale viewing deck, a jungle gym, nature walks and direct access to the 2 separate beaches down a long flight of stairs.
