The lounge is furnished with comfortable couches and a TV with Openview. There is a patio with furniture and a Weber braai. The kitchen has been fully equipped with everything you would need for self-catering, including a washing machine and tumble dryer.
There is an outside parking for a vehicle with a 24-hour security guard.
Regrettably, no pets are allowed, and smoking is prohibited indoors.

6 guests' feedbackFantastic unit, especially if you are doing 70.3 Ironman in Mossel Bay. Location is amazing and only 100m from the start and finish point. Perfect for spectators to sit on the balcony and follow the race. Will book again for sure. Collection of keys was quick and convenient. Maybe make two parking spaces available, if possible, 1 sometimes gets limited.
Having wi-fi would help immensely as a foreign tourist.
Wonderful experience. Sea view is great. Sea was calm and wide. We experienced so much calm and peace. Unit was nice and clean, fresh bedding.
We had a really nice stay. Very convenient with the washing machine if you have small children with you. All that bothered me was that it was noisy at times. It's a shame that the people who come to spin their cars with stone loud music cannot be banned. But don't let that stop you from booking there.
Excellent location, neat and spacious. All necessities in the kitchen. Enough wardrobes. Parking is safe. Staff is friendly.
Santos 23 is very neat and clean with all the facilities. Positive criticism only the following. It is advertised that there is a detached braai for the balcony and on the listing the agent marked it as such. However, there is no barbecue. An aspect that was troublesome is that the key is not available at the building. When you've driven a few hundred km, it's frustrating to first have to drive to the point where parking is scarce and then pick up the key there. Also if you want to leave at 5 o'clock in the morning you have to drive back to the point with the key - it would have been more convenient if you could have left the key at the building somewhere. It is inconvenient but will not prevent us from booking the place again. Location is excellent, apartment is comfortable and clean and tidy and all facilities are there. Had a great time and will definitely be back and we highly recommend the place.

The breakage deposit is refundable 7 days after guests departure should everything be found to be in order with the unit.If guests wish to check in later, they need to make arrangements in advance.
Additional fees will be applicable in the following situation:
When guests are found smoking in the unit.
When the dishes aren't cleaned before departure.
If the guests leave the units unlocked.
Not returning the keys at check-out time.
Arrivals after check-in time.
More than the arranged guests staying at the unit.
For spill marks and stains on furniture and carpets.
When pets are in the units without express permission.
Any breakages or shortages.
Any excessive noise or disturbances that result in complaints from the neighbours.
If guests mix inventory from different units e.g. cutlery and crockery etc.
