13 guests' feedbackWe had a wonderful time at Scottiesview this weekend. The accommodation was clean, well equipped and safe, making us feel relaxed and at ease during our stay. The location was very convenient for the places we wanted to visit and we were able to get around easily. The host was amazing, incredibly welcoming and friendly. We would highly recommend Scottiesview for a getaway - we will definitely go back!
Our stay at Scottiesview was fantastic. The apartment was bigger than it seemed in the pictures and there was everything that I could possibly need. Scottiesview is well prepared for loadshedding, providing a gas stove and kettle, portable rechargeable lights, and a gas-operated geyser. The small extra things they provided impressed me the most. This included dishwashing liquid and black bags (so you don't have to buy this when you only use a little bit) and the coffee sachets and toilet paper (because there's always something you forget). We had a lovely view of the ocean from the balcony, where we actually spotted whales. We also had the honor of witnessing our host feed wild monkeys (super cute). All in all, we felt completely safe and comfortable throughout the entire stay at Scottiesview.

The people there was so wonderful and friendly, helped us a lot and was great company to be with.
Scottiesview is simply the best. The owner takes good care of the people who stay there and he goes out of his way to make sure you enjoy your holiday. We are definitely going back.

We enjoyed ourselves very much, Jan was very nice, and went out of his way to make our visit enjoyable. We had a great stay, everything was clean and the children (16), (13) and (9) really enjoyed the pool, garden and WiFi. I can't complain about anything.
Jan's hospitality was excellent. The unit is neat and well equipped. The veranda is wonderful for relaxing or just staring at the sea in the background, the beautiful trees and garden. The area is quiet, safe and centrally located - mall, beach, restaurants etc. is only a quick drive.
We really enjoyed our stay at Scottiesview, a cosy, clean home. Can enjoy the sea view from the large stoep. Jan was also very helpful and accommodating.
Scottburgh is beautiful! Really great beaches, so happy to have been located in the town.
Loadshedding and power outages are extreme. Cockroaches. Fridge didn't work. Advised host of Cockroaches however, host was rude and advise to F*@k off. Cops were continuously called anonymously however, noise levels were before the legal cut off time. Ad did not state that there should not be music or noise which is misleading considering the fact that it is a vacation.
