They were very accommodating and hospitable.
We really enjoyed our stay at Sea Breeze No. 3. It was nice and quiet, which is what we were looking for.
Very nice weekend stay.
No hot water in the shower. Very noisy tenants, loud music late at night. Both walls in the bedrooms on the window side are very damp. Bedding and pillows against the wall are wet in the morning due to no ventilation. First room's fitted sheet was dirty, yellow stains. Apart from the above we had a great time.
The place is well located but needs a lot of upgrades, regarding house contents from furniture to appliances, kettle, no tongs, just grill without any place to stand, generally a good redo of old and broken, dirty fixtures and furniture. The pots and pans are unusably dirty and scratched.
Unit is equipped with everything we needed.
Well appointed. Tidy. Friendly welcome by lady at the office.
It was a peaceful place and felt like a second home.
Hospitable, fast service.
The unit is very simple and practical. Location is a big plus point. On another note, I think fridge could be bigger if it accommodates 5 people. Toilet is a big negative, no windows and therefore no ventilation which means it's wet and stuffy all day, extractor fan is hopelessly too small and not effective. Previous visitors also complained about it but nothing was done. Bigger television would also be better.
Some small bugs in the apartment were uncomfortable. The shower door's one knob was missing/broken. The suction fan in the bathroom was not working and there was open wiring which could potentially be a hazard. The unit is essentially only suitable for a single family.
We had a very nice stay for the group of people who stayed there. Close to sea and close to businesses. Suggestions/complaints: Extractor fan in bathroom was broken, no window and therefore no ventilation, steam causes water. Shower doors are broken and the whole place is under water after 1 person took a shower. Too few towel rails. If you rent it out for 5 people there must at least be enough hanging space. Too few crockery and cutlery for 5 people.
To small, no balcony, a bit pricey for such a small place, cars unsafe, no parking, the braai facility inside doesn't work so good because of the smoke. The unit is way to pricey. But Lamberts Bay is a beautiful place.
Good accommodation, bedroom a bit small, otherwise great.

House rules
Our units are self-catering so cleaning during stay is not included, however it can be arranged if needed and if possible. Extra fees might apply.Braai equipment is given and we do have a few iron pots available on request.
We have baby baths and a camping cot available if needed.
Functions are permitted by arrangement, but unruly behaviour and/or disturbances are not allowed. No loud music or boom boxes, but soft music is allowed until 10 pm.
Pets are welcome on arrangement, but we prefer to know what type and how many before hand, so we're able to prepare.
We ask guests not to smoke or use smoking products/devices in our units, we have ash trays stationed outside.
