"Great location, clean and tidy with a wonderful hostess."

We were warmly welcomed when checking in and we were extremely happy with the accommodation. The unit was spotless and had all the amenities expected. Our stay was fantastic and comfortable. On return from our road trip, we opted to stay there again on our way back to Cape Town.

Place lacks attention and everything one needs was not there. It is a nice place, the owners can only do a little more to renovate the place.

Nice location close to the coast. Everything worked okay. The braai was great, especially with load shedding. The patio has nice sunset views. Probably not 100% ideal accommodation for us as we were travelling with two kids and a granny. So Granny had to sleep in the lounge which was not great, but fine for two days. Notes for improvement: The floors seem to be covered with fine black dust that would come off on your feet if you walk barefoot. Also, the two plate stove/oven probably should be replaced.

We were received very kindly and the price was fair. Beautiful apartment and the two toilets are a big advantage. My elderly parents were there with us and the driveway to the entrance was a bonus. We had a nice rest and the neighbor with his little shop that sells electrical accessories (Beyers) as well as the men at Lambertsbaai Auto Repairs also gave us a friendly welcome.

We as a family feel that the bathroom of the residential unit is not up to standard. The shower area is not clean and creates a bad impression. Furthermore, the place is very neat and comfortable and the lock-up garage is a bonus. Thank you very much.

Two bedrooms on add was misleading, the one bedroom cannot be called a bedroom.

Apartment was in good condition and the neighbors were friendly, we could have fun together.

Everything was convenient. Only the cleanliness was a bit neglected. Cups in the cupboard with tea stains inside and forks and knives that are not properly cleaned, with hard pieces of food between the tines. Under the beds and sofas are fabric wool. It's a very lovely place, but please pay attention to fine cleaner detail.

Attention to e.g. towels would be appreciated, bleach stains are unacceptable, pots and pans are also not up to standard.

Upon arrival we were greeted by a security gate that only hinges on one wall. The bottom hinge was completely broken out of the wall. The unit was pretty neat and clean, but with the first cooking session a very dirty saucepan was taken out of the cupboard (this was quickly replaced with a very thin set which after the first cooking simply wiped off the black on the bottom of the saucepan The crockery in the kitchen cupboards needed urgent attention, the unit sleeps 5 people and there were only 3 porridge bowls, 7 different plates, 3 soft drink glasses, 0 wine glasses and 10 whiskey glasses. One pyrex bowl with an odd lid, no salad bowls, no mixing bowls. After my contact with the agent, she quickly sent plates, small plates and bowls, another oven pyrex dish. There is no inventory list, and the cutlery (knives and forks were only so messed up).The braai on the porch (still looks good in the photo) but in reality it looks battered - pieces of the concrete at the front have broken out. The unit has no exit at the front of the building and must you or every time out the back of the garage g walking on or across the unit next door's porch to get to the stairs (intruding on those vacationers' privacy). For the price one pays per night in peak time, the units should get attention before all the vacationers descend and all types of problems should be sorted out before they arrive.

The location was excellent. Unfortunately, the bedding/linen was stained and the bathroom musty. Furniture broken and tired.
