6 guests' feedbackThe amenities were perfect for us as an extended family. At first glance it is "expensive", but from the moment you step in, everything was worth it. The rooms are spacious. Everything is taken care of and the service from Wayne was very professional. The view is truly something special and the environment is very quiet. Amenities and accessories inside the house and kitchen are of high quality and also spacious. Enough of everything. (More than enough). Coffee maker, toaster, mixer etc. It is a bit of a walk to the beach, but we easily drove to the swimming beach with no problem. The photos are also a version of reality!
The decor was perhaps more aimed at foreign tourists, very African oriented. Glasses in the cupboards were dirty (wine glasses). But was a stunning house.

Very nice, just doesn't have a braai place and there is no close access to the beach.
We had an awesome time, very neat, everything you need and very safe. It was great. We will definitely book again.
Was with family with elderly people. A wonderful and relaxing time was had by all. Would definitely book it again!

House rules
- This house has an inverter for load shedding. There is also a gas stove top and rechargeable lights for load shedding.- The final rental amount is to be paid to the property management company no later than 30 days/1 month before arrival, together with additional fees of R1500 management fee and R 3000 refundable breakages deposit. For international guests only, the breakage deposit to be paid in cash on arrival, if local residents this needs to be prepaid via EFT.
- R 250 in cash upon check-in for late check-in fee if arriving after 18h00.
- A maximum of 8 people sharing in 4 bedrooms. Please do not exceed this number on any given night.
- An additional 2 children under 12 years old can be accommodated on a double-sized blow-up mattress in main bedroom at extra R 500 per child per night. This is upon prior request only and pre-payment is required.
- A baby camp cot and a high chair can be set up upon prior request only at no additional charge. The pool safety net can also be put on the pool, upon prior request only.
- This house isn’t equipped to be child-friendly. Do take care of small children at this house as there are no safety barriers on the stairs or railings.
- Linen, bath & beach/swimming towels are provided – please do not use bath towels as beach/swimming towels.
- Strict Estate Rules: Only charcoal may be used in the braai, no wood and no open fires. No pets are allowed on the property.
- No smoking indoors, please discard cigarettes in astray provided and not on the patio, gardens or down toilets.
- Unruly and/or noisy behaviour will result in an eviction, with no refund. No parties or events are permitted at the property. Please respect the property and your neighbours. No loud music or noise after 22:00, please.
- Noise policy: Sea Breeze is situated in a cul-de-sac, part of a gated estate. We kindly request that loud music, parties or any excessive noise be avoided at all times, to preserve the serene and tranquil setting of the estate.
- A cleaning surcharge will be charged should the tenants not leave the property in reasonable condition for occupation or if check-out happens later than the specified time.
- The house has septic tanks, only human waste and toilet paper down toilets please and use septic tank-friendly cleaning materials.
- Housekeeping service is not included, it is optional extra. Please advise us well in advance if you require this service as it is outsourced and subject to availability at the time of enquiry.
- This accommodation is fully self-catering. Kindly provide your personal consumables.
- Parking: There is a double automated garage parking for 2 vehicles with additional on-site parking for max 2 more vehicles. Max 4 vehicles are allowed at the property.
