The Cango Caves and ostrich farms in Oudtshoorn are located 70 km away from the unit.

The unit comprises a 3 bedroom unit, a fully equipped, open-plan kitchen and lounge area, and 3 bathrooms. The ground floor features 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. The first bedroom has 2 single beds and its own entrance. A bathroom with a bath and a shower is also located on the ground floor. A second, separate bedroom features a double bed, en-suite bathroom with shower, and its own private entrance. The top floor houses the third bedroom which has a double bed and en-suite bathroom with a shower. The bedroom leads out onto a furnished deck that has a lovely view of the sea and Seal Island. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, and a water purifier. The lounge area has a TV with DSTV and a Hi-Fi.
