Should the guest wish to check in or check out later than the time stipulated above, the tenant should make such an arrangement at least 24 hours prior to arrival or departure and a late check in/check out fee of R 500.00 will be applicable.

Should the guest require cleaning services, such service can be arranged at an additional cost to the tenant at R300 per day. Prior arrangements must be made in this regard.

Breakage deposit fees of R1 000 is payable 14 days prior to arrival along with the remainder amount payable. The premises must be handed over to the agent in the same condition it was in upon arrival of the guest, failing which the deposit will be forfeited, alternatively, the cost of the repair or replacement of the damaged or missing item will be set-off against the deposit.
In the event of any complaints being received due to non-compliance of house rules, the deposit will be forfeited.

No smoking permitted.

No pets permitted.

No children are permitted on the premises; however Sea Gem may use its discretion in respect thereof.

A coin-operated laundromat is available in the Dolphin Ridge complex that guests may make use of.

Guests attend to this establishment at their own risk. Sea Gem, its agents and/or its employees shall not be liable for, and the guests hereby waive/s or abandon/s any claims of whatever nature including but not limited to that for theft, injury, loss, loss of life or damage, direct, indirect, consequential or otherwise against Sea Gem, its agents and/or its employees, whether arising from Sea Gem’s, its agents’ or its employees’ default, negligence or otherwise.
