No trucks, caravans, trailers, boats or other heavy vehicles may be parked in the building without the prior written consent of the Trustees.
Guests may not hang laundry/wetsuits/towels on patios or over railings.
Smoking is not permitted in buildings or common areas.
Guests may not make use of the surfboard or bicycle racks.
Pets are not permitted.
Guests must use their allocated parking bay to avoid being clamped and paying a fine.
The once-off cleaning fee covers the exit cleaning of the unit. If you would like to book additional housekeeping services, feel free to speak to us about the options.
We supply 2 sets of towels for bookings over 3 nights. We also supply eco-friendly body wash and cleaning products, toilet paper and dishwasher tablets (for those with dishwashers), salt and pepper, as well as a welcome pack of water, sugar, milk, tea and ground coffee.
