To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all our guests, please adhere to the following house rules:1. Check-in: From 3:00 PM - Check-out: By 10:00 AM - Please chat with us in advance if you require any special check-in or check-out arrangements.
2. No Smoking: - Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. You may smoke on the balcony, but please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.
3. No Pets: - Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the apartment.
4. Noise and Disturbance: - Please respect our neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum, especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. - Parties or events are not allowed.
5. Occupancy: - The maximum number of guests is six. - Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. No unregistered visitors are permitted.
6. Cleanliness: - Please keep the apartment clean and tidy during your stay unless additional cleaning has been requested. - Please dispose of trash in the designated bins and recycle where possible. - Let us know immediately if anything gets damaged or broken.
7. Safety: - Jumping on the deck and leaning against the glass railing is prohibited. - Ensure all doors and windows are locked and ensure the stove and/or oven is off when leaving the apartment. - Please do not tamper with any safety or security equipment.
8. Use of Amenities: - Please use the appliances and amenities as intended. - Report any malfunctioning equipment to us promptly. - Please switch off the aircon before leaving the property. - Be mindful of electricity and water usage.
9. Parking: - Please use only the designated parking space provided. - Do not block any other vehicles or driveways.
10. Respect for Property: - Please treat our home with care and respect. - Do not rearrange the furniture or take any items outside the apartment.
11. Internet and TV: - Enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi and Netflix, but please use these services responsibly. - Avoid illegal downloads or streaming.
12. Checkout Procedure: - Leave the apartment in a similar condition as you found it. - Place used towels in the bathroom. - Return keys as instructed.
