- Guests please need to bring their own swimming towels.- Please note, sections of the accommodation are accessed via stairs, and may not be suitable for young children, the elderly, or guests with disabilities.
- The units are close to each other, loud music or excessive noise between 22:00 and 07:00 is not allowed; any noise from the balconies carry and guests are asked to keep other guests in mind.
- Parties are not allowed.
- Guests will be required to accept the full terms and conditions and rules provided by the Body Corporate.
- Two pets are welcome with prior arrangements.
Pet policy:
- Dogs need to be leashed whenever they are outside.
- Pet owners please need to pick up after their dogs.
- Owners please need to prevent dogs from barking unnecessarily.
- Dogs are not to be left unattended in the accommodation.
