This fourth-floor apartment comprises 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and an open-plan living area. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, and the second bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds. These rooms share the bathroom, which is fitted with a shower and separate bath, basin and toilet. The fully equipped kitchen contains a fridge-freezer, ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils, iron and an ironing board.
The adjacent open-plan living area has a 6-seater dining table, and the lounge features a TV for media entertainment. The living area opens onto a private balcony, which has a gas braai facility for guests to use. Free Wi-Fi Internet is also available in the flat. The complex also boasts a communal braai area and a heated outdoor swimming pool with ocean and mountain views, an elevator, and secure allocated parking for cars. The apartment has an invertor that powers the plugs and the lights.
In addition, the complex is located near to restaurants, bars, shops, 17 km from Cape Town CBD, and approximately 29 km from Cape Town International Airport.

It was epic and our room had very beautiful views from the balcony.
We had a good stay. Don't want to complain, the only issue we had was a gas stove; it couldn't be turned on and we had to use the oven for our braai.
Apartment B403 - open the door and there you will find the most beautiful view of the sea and Table Mountain. The apartment is modernly equipped, has everything you need, with a safe covered parking space, security, dishwasher and a washing machine. The apartment was neat and clean. Compliments to Joan who received us with kindness. Cross a quiet street and you'll find Bootlegger coffee and Jerry's Burger Bar for great coffee and dinners. Sea Spray is perfectly located and a quick hop to town.

Beautiful, well located unit right across from the beach. Walking distance to everything you could need. Would recommend the unit as well as CTHA for accommodation. CTHA's staff are very friendly and helpful.

The sea is wonderful, the apartment is idyllically located and the beach is beautiful.
WiFi was working, but with an appalling download speed. Impossible to view any video or live content, pity during holidays. Communication between CTHA and the website needs improvement - we had informed the website of our arrival time, but no one from CTHA was there for keys and handover as they had not been notified. Bank details for breakage deposit are nowhere to be found, and it is unclear to visitors who they are dealing with and when. Location is excellent, though.
Reception was confused, did not know where and from whom to get key. Check in took over an hour. Couldn't pay deposit with card, had to withdraw cash. Apartment is much smaller than the photos suggest.
It was an unforgettable time and the people who accommodated us were very friendly and helpful. It had been a very nice time.

House rules
A standard key & breakage deposit is due before or at check-in. The holding amount depends on the length of stay and the standard of the apartment and may be changed at the owner’s / management’s discretion.The holding deposit is completed through a secure link with a credit card. This is merely a hold on the amount and released within 14 days after checkout if no claims were reported. If no credit card is available for the holding deposit, the deposit is payable via EFT but needs to bank and reflect in our account before arrival. We will then request a bank confirmation letter to process the refund back to the guest's account.
If none of the two options above was actioned a refundable cash/debit card payment must be made before check-in can be completed and there would be a min fee of R150 applicable for the processing of the refund back to your account. No cash refunds will be allowed.
No keys will be handed over without the above.
A late check-in fee is applicable for check-in after 18:00
