It is definitely one of the best hangouts ever. It is more than what the photos or description say. Everything you need is there, and even if the weather is not nice, there is enough to keep your children busy. Thank you, for the basket made available to use at the beach. The hearing and smell of the sea when you sit on the porch is the best for me.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sea Studio. The house has 3 bedrooms and a bathroom and apartment outside with its own bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and ice machine. Spacious lounge with up to board games. Extra lamp and lights for power outages. Nice braai place in the courtyard with stock of wood. The house is within walking distance of the sea and secure parking within the yard. Good communication by the owner and Rita who handles the reception. Would definitely recommend Sea Studio and hope to stay there again in the future.

We had a rainy weekend and the accommodation was really nice, the inside fireplace made it really nice, the confusion was that the 1 room with kitchen and bathroom is a separate flatlet from the main house and I don't think it is listed like that on the link, but our stay was very comfortable. Everything was neat and clean, would definitely go back.

Before booking, I mentioned that I was bringing my two parents who are well into their 70s. The porch area by the front door is not old people friendly, especially when it rains or dews, the tiles get wet and are very dangerous. There is also no railing to ensure safety. And yes, the front looks exactly like the photo, so it's not misleading, but you only realize the danger when you're there yourself. The place is somewhat of a disappointment seeing as I think there is a misperception of solar - what is there is rechargeable bulbs - which is not properly maintained. I would suggest removing all personal items that are in the closets. Otherwise it is not a self-catering unit. With the Cape weather I would suggest: 1. Get a canopy at the front door - it is not professional to tell customers to clean their feet on a towel. It will also make it more secure. 2. Bring some type of canopy to the barbeque area as well, because in bad weather you can't use the area. 3. It would also be beneficial to have a drying rack/drying line, because what does one do with wet towels or clothes? Also inform customers ahead of time that they must bring their own DTSV card. Many old people don't like the Smart TV idea and would prefer to just watch normal DSTV. Just inform customers. The place could be very cute, I just think that there are some things that need to be fixed.
