17 guests' feedbackIt was excellent from start to finish. We were literally taken out of our vehicle by the hostess and welcomed. We felt like old acquaintances who hadn't seen each other in years. She really went out of her way to make us feel at home. After 20 minutes spent just in the garden, we were shown the room, and it was super clean and comfortable. For a guest house the bed was super comfortable and again clean and fresh. Unfortunately we couldn't use the kitchen, but the hostess went out of her way to set up a coffee bar for us which was super duper nice. We can say with confidence that she will see us again.
Louise was extremely helpful and we found the property to be more than adequate.
The roll of the ocean's waves close by adds a sense of peace.
The problem on hand could have been resolved the same evening if she had addressed it. She kept quiet about it then and esclated it to Lekkerslaap when we left. We were contacted by Lekkerslaap and were made to feel that we were bad visitors for not mentioning a 3 year old child in our booking. It was an intimidating experience. We acknowledged the mistake and did not challenge anything when we were asked to pay an extra R150. 00 for the child for the overnight stay.

The hostess was extremely friendly and helpful and made sure I had everything I needed.
Accommodation was really not up to standard. The couches in the lounge were full of cat/dog hair and throws were thrown over the couches to cover holes and torn places, which are in a really bad state. Not comfortable at all. The little oven was full of mould and not clean at all. No decent cutlery was available (cups, teaspoons, plates, pans) not even sure if people use these on a normal/daily basis. The entrance and exits are really odd and the patio door does not even close up properly - not ideal for winter time. The TV does not have proper channels to watch. It was such a cold and wet weekend, would have been ideal to stay indoors, but the accommodation forced us to drive around the entire time. No proper bedding/blankets were available either. We were actually looking for another place to stay for the Saturday evening, but all were fully booked. The beds are so uncomfortable, there is no way any person can sleep on it, not to mention the pillows.
It was nice staying at Sea Valley, hospitality of the hostess is valuable and appreciated.
The house is huge and enough space for holiday makers visiting the area.
Looking forward to spend my next PA visit at Sea Valley Villa. The owner is very friendly and warm hearted.
A wonderful and beautiful place to stay. Felt at home and safe. Friendly service and we were specially spoiled on our honeymoon. Would love to book there again on next visit!

We had a good stay, with some areas of attention sent onto management to look into. Overall, Sea Valley Villa is a lovely place and we enjoyed our stay.
