1 guests' feedbackThe house's balcony is unsafe and does not meet the minimum building regulations. The municipality will not currently issue an occupation certificate. Due to the poor condition of the house, it should not be rented out as it is a safety risk. It should be reconsidered whether you want to be associated with the house, if life/damage claims are made, your reputation may suffer. No curtains in front of master bedroom and living room windows. No bath mats in bathrooms. Single bed mattresses need to be replaced. Cobwebs in shower bathroom. Toilets do not flush properly and landlord is aware of this.
