It was a pleasant stay. The host was very supportive and helpful.
Stove in the kitchen needs to be replaced, as well as the TV which is outdated. There were no WiFi facilities. Maybe a sofa bed instead of a bed in the living area. Otherwise our stay was pleasant. The rooms and bathroom were neat.
We had a nice stay, but for the amount of facilities on site and inside the house it is a bit expensive. R2900 per day without WiFi, aircons or a decent TV is rough. Little things like bars of soap on the bed, coffee and sugar and towels are little things that would really add a special touch. A tuck shop on site would also be nice. The place is nice but not up to standard for that price range.
Lovely swimming pool and braai facilities. Nice atmosphere and close to everything.
Fabulous time at the resort with my family. Everybody enjoyed themselves although it was only for a short period. The view from the balcony was wonderful. The resort is quiet and peaceful. I recommend anybody to come for a holiday.

It is as advertised. Some of the units needs maintenance, but everything is functional. Access to the beach is easy.
Loud neighbours arriving home from night out! Partying downstairs until all hours. Bathroom ceiling needs to be painted.
For the price we paid, I expected at least a flat-screen TV with DStv or aircon. We struggled with a dripping tap for the 3 days we waited there. The ceiling fan also made a hell of a noise. The permanent residents had visitors and so noise. We were in Bonnievale for 3 days for half the money and had everything. WiFi, flatscreen TV, aircon and silence.
Poor place to stay. Not up to standard at all.
The place was terribly dirty when we got there and we had to drive to a store to buy cleaning supplies to clean before we could unpack. There were spiders and webs and the floor was not washed. The stove was very badly rusted, let us not even want to cook. We asked the office to come clean but were half-heartedly cleaned. The bathroom was dirty, the floor mats were unusable and the toilet was leaking. We went to buy our own bathroom rugs. The bedding was outdated and we used our own bedding. There was no WiFi or DStv as advertised. Only a 1982 TV that didn't pick up any channels either. There was also no safe or security. The braai area was inhumanly dirty, full of cobwebs and bird droppings. We asked the office about cleaning but again it was done half-heartedly. To sum it up, there is no maintenance or pride in the place. At first we wanted to complain about the place but then decided to make the best of a bad situation. We will never visit the place again, and also wonder why website didn't research the place. Three groups of people who were there during our time also complained about the resort. For the price we paid, the quality of the accommodation is unacceptable.
Had a great time and will recommend to family and friends.

There should be some sort of warning that the following items are not supplied. Toilet paper. Soap. Towels. No explanation as to how the TV works.
