House rules
Kindly note that the swimming pool is currently unavailable.Please note that the admin fee included in the quote, and refundable breakage deposit fee is payable before arrival and is not included in the rate. The reservation agreement that will be sent to the client after deposit was paid must be filled in and sent back before arrival. No keys will be released without the necessary documentation returned to Just Property.
The refundable breakage deposit fee is payable 2 weeks before arrival and is not included in the rate. The breakage deposit will be refunded within 14 working days after departure, less any deductions for breakages.
Should the property be damaged either wilfully or not, by negligence or not, by yourself or any other, you agree to pay for the said damages if it exceeds the amount held via the breakage deposit.
Should you arrive at the property and find that there are damages, the onus is upon you to inform our offices immediately.
The breakage deposit will be held in trust and released to the bank account nominated by yourself.
Please remember to email us your account details.
Please ensure that the full balance outstanding is reflected in our bank account 14 days prior to arrival.
Please do not exceed the maximum number of people allowed in the unit. Failure to comply with this request will result in eviction with no refund and no notice period.
No smoking is allowed inside any of the units, flats or houses, should you smoke in the house you will lose your breakage deposit in full.
Don’t forget to bring the following:
Towels for swimming and bathing.
DStv decoder with the remote and card.
Your own cleaning chemicals and toilet paper for during your stay.
If a cleaning service is needed it can be arranged prior to arrival, at an extra cost which will be provided on request, and if there is a cleaning lady available.
