Seagulls Guest House (Pty) Ltd is situated in the centre of Langebaan, about 112 km from Cape Town. It is a popular spot for tourists and offers attractions which include a lagoon, holiday resort, beaches, reserves, watersports and fishing opportunities.

Accommodation comprises 7 units, suited to accommodate up to 29 guests. All units have their own entrances, equipped kitchenettes, own bathrooms, outdoor seating areas and braai facilities. Bedding and towels are provided.

Establishment facilities include Wi-Fi Internet access as well as a swimming pool and secure parking. There is also a smoking area outside and breakfast is available on request at an additional charge. Fishing and boat trips can be arranged on request.

"A memory stay with breathtaking views."

Hanlie and team were great hosts. We had the most beautiful view right from the inside of our unit. What was rather annoying, however, were inconsiderate parents allowing their young kids to shout and scream and run up and down from 6 am and whenever they were there. This is the luck of the draw and not on the guest house. Otherwise, everything was lekker.

We arrived to a clean unit No7, which has awesome views of the lagoon. All the requirements for a self-catering unit were available. We would recommend staying at Seagulls Guest House. Thank you for making our stay comfortable.

"Visit was wonderful."

I had 2 units. Unit 2 and Unit 6. I found that the units were not fully equipped. Unit 6 did not have a frying pan. There are small things that were missing that the owner can pay attention to, e.g. a bread knife, salad bowl and a tupperware / plastic tray or 2 in which you can store something. The top shelf of Unit 2's fridge freezes everything on it. Unit 6's safe was locked and could not be used. Unit 2's safe was not in use. Other than that everything was good. The breakfast was of very good quality and the service was good.

The atmosphere was quiet relaxing and very private. Just a suggestion, we didn't know the guest house provided breakfast. If they can only come up with a list in the mornings to check which guests are going to have breakfast, it will help them and the guests a lot.

"Look no further. The perfect guest house!"

We travelled to Langebaan from Cape Town for a wedding and Seagulls Guest House was the perfect choice to prepare for a wedding from hair, make-up, family breakfast, family braai to the the photographer coming by to capture the groom etc. We look forward to coming again!

Had a very lovely, fantastic time. Seagulls has a swimming pool where you and your family can relax wonderfully if you don't feel like going out that day. The owner, Hanlie, is one of the nicest people and takes very good care of her guests. I would recommend Seagulls to anyone who wants to visit Langebaan.

It was our first time in Langebaan and in Seagulls guesthouse. Will definitely recommend them for a nice holiday or weekend getaway. The units are clean and neat and well equipped. Location is good and there are lots of eateries nearby. Nice and close to the surrounding places like Darling with its breweries and Evita se Perron, as well as Jacob's Bay which is a nice and peaceful and beautiful place.

Seagulls Self Catering is very well run and the owners are two wonderful people. We really enjoyed it and the view was great. There were also facilities for barbecue, because we like to look at the beautiful view and barbecue. The place was clean and very tidy.

"Drive by."

For me, a guest house means a place where you are received as a guest and treated as such, where you feel at home and can relax. Furthermore, I also expect a bit of luxury, otherwise I would rather go camping. If this is what you expect from Seagulls this is not the place for you. Drive by instead.
