Very nice stay, everything was clean and in their place. Everything and more than we needed was there. Really enjoyed the braai area and the view was beautiful. Very quiet street with little traffic. Would recommend to any person. It is very spacious, a nice place for a family or group. Will definitely stay there again.

Sea view, spacious home and great facilities.
We had a bit of a sea view from the veranda, which was nice and a surprise! So about the bump. You walk right in front of the house barely 50 steps through the bushes (path) to the sea, with a little private bay. Here you sleep wonderfully with the sound of the sea to soothe you! The house is very comfortable and very well equipped. The braai area in winter will be wonderful, very cozy, the beds sleep well, the linen and towels neat and good quality. We would love to visit Seagulls Seasong again.

My friends and I spent the weekend in Struisbaai to celebrate my birthday. The house was easy to find, well located, and tidy. The braai area was very cozy and the views wonderful! I would love to visit again.
Natural beauty and sea view was cool.
However, the indoor grill needs attention and smokes badly.
Everything was in place and working. Also pretty clean.
Will have to visit for more than one night, to be able to say more. Because there were unforeseen circumstances.

Without knit-picking, the only problem was the braai room which was very smoky whenever we used the built-in braai. It would be nice to have a portable kettle braai which could be positioned depending on the wind and weather conditions. Apart from this we were very happy with everything.
Struisbaai is another one of the safest places to holiday in our country. Many beautiful places to choose from and right on the sea. Many attractions in the area and nearby villages e.g. museums, parks to visit. Beautiful beaches and nice place to fish or go out on a boat. People are friendly and town is very clean,
An outside braai would be a bonus. WiFi password wouldn't work.
Only thing we were not happy with was that we could only have assess to the house at 16:00 on the arrival day. To be fair we were allowed to stay later on the Sunday but it was not possible for us.
The house is lovely, but does need some TLC.

Our visit was very very nice and Seagulls Seasong is a good place to relax and look out over the water.
The availability of Ellen Green was top notch. Many thanks to Ekllen and Sampie for an incredible place. By the sea, it was nice to walk there, literally a stone's throw away. The communication was amazing and Elklen and I even had a nice in depth conversation on Saturday at home. We enjoyed ourselves. The braai room is the center/heart of the house. We recommend it anytime. Good luck to Ellen and Sampie, we will come again.
Very well located and very tidy, very nice visit.
Would suggest that switches have some light names, like e.g. Kitchen, or Single-Toilet etc. a bit confused. Would also suggest one or two bags of braai wood, sometimes visitors are late and the shops are already closed or have wet braai wood.
Windows should be opened on a daily basis. Supply items promised in confirmation letter. And please, what guest house charge additional fees of R200 if guest don't wash dishes.

Seagulls Seasong is everything we expect from a beach house. You see the sea from the veranda and at night you fall asleep with the noise of waves. The house has everything needed to make a weekend at the seaside a wonderful experience. Ellen and Sampie made sure we were satisfied. We will surely make another plan to visit there.
The treatment we got was very pathetic. I do not advise anyone to go here, although the house was very nice, the whole advertisement is a hoax. Ellen does her business over the phone but sends the man to do her dirty work. The television didn't work and the "WiFi" doesn't even work. And then send more messages to say the WiFi is only for e-mails, very laughable. And the cherry on the cake was when she sent me a message at half past three in the morning about noise and loud music, we had all been fast asleep for 11 hours and then didn't have the decency to come to say sorry the false accusations! We were a family who wanted a quiet weekend, but Ellen and her husband were extremely unprofessional!
Great house, great price and Ellen is fantastic. Will go back at anytime. Only problem was the braai, smoke fills the house a bit.
The house is well furnished from the rooms to the kitchen and braai area. It was clean and the view was great. My only criticism would be that the condition of the wooden windows was not great, all of them did not open and close very well. I will definitely book with Seagulls Seasong again. Enough space for everyone and the indoor braai was very handy because of the wind.
We and the children had a lovely visit, we walked over the road to the beach daily to fish and to play in the rock pools. It really is a lovely beach house.
Very friendly welcome and everything was clean and tidy upon our arrival. Great stay with everything needed, would only highly recommend that a dishwasher be considered to make the stay even more comfortable. Will definitely recommend Seagulls Seasong to family and friends.

A lovely holiday, spacious living with a built-in braai. Walking distance from the beach and shops.
The house is really a very nice house for having friends over. The only problem is that there really needs to be another bathroom in the house, one bathroom was too little for 6 people or more.
The house has everything a family needs to spend an extended holiday at the sea. Its furnishings allow for comfortable living. Neat and clean, but not fussy or over the top. Happy indoor braai area. We would recommend this happily! Thank you!
The house is very nice and a stone's throw away from the beach. The geyser is a gas geyser and the water is not always hot and will simply go from hot to cold at any time while you shower. The door at the back of the braai place was not given to us and when we made a fire, all the smoke circulated right there in the room and it was unpleasant. The fireplace in the front house may not use word that it did not make it very "cozy" because the house itself it completely bred and was terribly cold. Otherwise it was a very nice place.
It's a very nice house and area. The sea and fynbos were the highlight! I would recommend it to anyone anytime.

House was spotlessly clean, located close to the sea and had all the amenities one could possibly want. Our LekkeSlaap agent was very friendly. Will definitely rent the same place again.
The stay was nice. It's just a shame the bedding smelled dusty. The boiler was full of lime and no fan for the heat. The stay was nice, house very well furnished, and well located near shops and the sea. Quite a lot of stairs to climb, but the view is worth it.
The residence has all the basic items. For comfort, full DStv package, better bedding and tidier kitchenware would have helped a lot. The stoep room is not close enough to the house, so it is not suitable as an extra room for smaller children (as we planned). The braai place smokes. The site is not tidy either.
The braai area's chimney was slightly blocked and the smoke entered the room. This has been the only obstacle and I'm sure it's something that can be sorted out quickly. We would love to go back there anytime. Thank you very much.
The kids had loads of fun just being inside the house. We enjoyed it thoroughly.

1. Stays 2 nights and longerPlease note that the rate of R1200 for the Seagulls Seasong is applicable for 1 to 2 guests and guests thereafter, will pay R200 per person per night.
For weekenders (if bookings allows) the check in time is 14:00 and check out time is 16:00 EXCLUDING PEAK SEASON if bookings allows.
The check-in time in Peak Season is from 16:00 and check-out time is 10:00
2. Weekends, Long Weekends and Long Stays
- A minimum booking of 2 nights applies over a weekend
- A minimum booking over long weekends.
- An administration fee may be charged for stays of 7 days and longer.
3. Peak Season Tariffs
The tariff for these periods is fixed per house / unit / apartment and will be quoted on request.
Preference will be given to the below booking periods. However, shorter stays will also be considered.
If the booking includes either Christmas or New Year a 7 day booking period is applicable.
If the booking includes both Christmas and New Year a 14+ day booking period is applicable
Shorter periods can be accommodated if bookings allow.
