As per Chintsa East Bylaws, noise disturbance, including loud music, is prohibited between 22:00 and 08:00; guests are kindly requested to adhere to this regulation. Quite time is from 22h00 every evening.
Smoking is only permitted outside in the garden, as Seagulls View is a designated non-smoking area.
Guests are urged to conserve water usage due to the property's reliance on septic tanks and rainwater tanks.
Small pets with prior arrangements may be allowed, depending on the size and breed. Strictly by arrangement only.
The area is inhabited by monkeys, and guests are encouraged to exercise caution.
