This pet-friendly holiday home can accommodate 9 people and consists of 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a guest toilet, and an open-plan living area. Three of the bedrooms each have a queen-size bed, and the fourth bedroom is furnished with a bunk bed and 1 single bed. The main bedroom features an en-suite bathroom, and the 3 bedrooms share the second bathroom.
The well-equipped kitchen contains 2 fridge-freezers, an oven with a stove, a microwave, a dishwasher, and other basic appliances and utensils to use. The adjacent living area features a dining table with seating, a 55-inch TV with surround sound and full DStv channels; the living area has stack doors that open onto the verandah, which boasts 2 outdoor lounge areas overlooking the swimming pool on the deck, as well as the braai area.
The front garden gate opens onto a narrow strip of indigenous vegetation, which is all that separates the property from the beautiful unspoiled golden beach with an enormous tidal pool. Just 500 meters from the house is Southport’s famous Blue Flag beach, complete with lifeguards, another lovely tidal pool, and under the magnificent Milkwood trees is a laid back beach restaurant and bar to visit.
Secure parking is available to guests for 3 cars, and there is a security system, cameras, and outside beams.

Will definitely vacation there again. The house and pool are perfect and the fact that you are on the beach and with a tide pool for kids is just a plus. I highly recommend the accommodation if you have a nice group of friends or family. Rooms and everything is perfect and lots of storage space and large spacious areas.
Totally incredible! It felt like a vacation the moment we set foot in the house. The team was amazing. We really enjoyed ourselves, especially the fact that you could hear the waves from everywhere in the house and the fact that you are mere steps away from the beach. This is truly a holiday house!

It firstly was peace of mind: We arrived to an actually booked property. Well-kept place. Well-equipped house and kitchen. Kids and dogs enjoyed the large garden and quick access to the beach and tidal pool right on our doorstep. The area is more residential, thus quiet and peaceful.
Having a large family group of all ages, we found the accommodation to be perfect to meet everyone's needs. The location to the beach and the "granny pool" was fantastic. There is a lot to do around the area, but one does need to drive there as there is not much to do in the actual vicinity.
As we entered, we were welcomed by the agent and staff. Really clean and amazing views. Loved the place and will definitely go back.
The accommodation was great, the hosts were great but access to reliable cellular signal was an issue. This made it neccessary for trips to town to respond to urgent e-mails etc. However, Seagulls are looking at this issue and might provide some form of paid network access in future.
Nice layout for large groups or families.
From the "welcome pack" (braai wood, wine, biscuits, sweets) to 2 rolls double-ply toilet rolls, the friendly agent, great domestic help (optional), great security which due to being on the beach is essential, very clean, really fantastic, well done Kevin and Maxine. We will be back, beach is great and fishing too.
The house is beautiful, the decor so beautiful and so much attention to detail has been given. We were warmly welcomed and had the most enjoyable week. We didn't want to go back home but will definitely return to Seagulls again.
