10 guests' feedbackThe stay was fantastic at Knysna Seahorse Paradise. The apartment itself was wonderful - impeccably clean, neat and stylish. Its central location in Knysna made it incredibly convenient to access both the Waterfront and the Mall, which was a huge plus. Additionally, the secure parking within the complex provided an added sense of safety and peace of mind. Thank you once again for everything.
The place is convenient and closer to all the amenities. You can even walk to the shops and to the waterfront. We had a great time there.
The two bedrooms are of ample size, but the rest is smallish. However, it is still big enough for temporary accommodation. The TV only works if you have your own decoder/card, but there is full WiFi available. The place is very neat, and the host is very pleasant, willing to assist, and quick to respond.
We had a lovely stay, the unit is well positioned, close to the shops and to the waterfront.
Walking distance to shops, banks and the Waterfront. The apartment sleeps 4 adults comfortably and is well-equipped for self-catering. Would definitely use again.
We had contractors working on the flat next door on Friday and Saturday the entire day. Also, there was no soap on arrival. Gerhard did purchase some for us.
The living space was comfortable and spacious. The Wi-Fi connection is excellent. Peace of mind and security. Close proximity to all amenities. An overall enjoyable stay.
The second room had two windows which opened up in the public passage of the block of flats. Strangers walking past could see in and even reach in. There was not a second off road parking for the second room occupant. There was no soap/shampoo/shower gel in any of the containers in the bathroom. The flat is very small. We had to do some cleaning under the breadboard and door handles and oven pan. . The managers/owners were very friendly and welcoming and communicated with us warmly.
The place was not cleaned properly, floors not washed, bedding not clean, because got hair, could smell dust everywhere. Broken chairs in living room, so had to bring in alternative chair from outside. When the shower is on, there is water everywhere on the floor because the seal of the shower door is no longer tight. No railing to hold on to when getting into the bath. Kitchen sink leaking. So definitely not a place I would stay.
Unfortunately there was no one to receive us, number provided was not answered, had to call agent. Beds were not made, apartment was dirty, oven probably never cleaned, brown stains all over the shelves in the bathroom and rooms, broken chair held together with "cable ties" and ceiling fans that didn't work. Some of the glasses were dirty and the coffee cup was cracked and the shower screen was dented underneath. Very limited kitchen utensils, e.g. no grater, bread knife, toaster etc. not.
