A breakage deposit is required per booking, which will be refunded within 7 working days of the guests
departure provided the unit is left in the same condition as upon arrival and that all is in order.

Please report any discrepancies or damages in the unit to our office within 12 working hours.

The unit is strictly non-smoking and guests are required to smoke outside. Failure to comply could result in the
forfeiture of guest deposit in order to steam clean curtains, carpets and furniture.

Should we find that there are more guests staying in the unit than what we quoted on; or that the number exceeds the total allowed capacity; the deposit will be forfeited.

Pets are not allowed.

Please further be advised that this unit has a DStv connection so please bring your own decoder, smart card and cables please note it is not PVR or Explora compatible.

Please bring with beach towels. All bed linen and bath towels are provided.

Complimentary toilet paper and guest soap are provided, but because this unit is self-catering this must be
replenished at your own cost. Please also remember to bring with you dishwashing liquid and other cleaning materials you may want to use.

Cleaning services can be arranged for you between 8:30 to 14:30, excluding weekends and public holidays. This
must please be booked through our office at least 48 hours in advance and must be paid to us upfront and not
directly to the cleaner. Please also note that this service is subject to the availability of resources, especially during peak season.
