One does not get the best customer service. You are not even spoken to nicely if you just want to ask a question on a Sunday.
When we got there we noticed that the bedding was dirty, it smelled and had marks on it. I let Marius know on Christmas Day to which he only replied sarcastically. We did get clean bedding the day after. There was also a fan that didn't work. The bathroom was dirty, we had to buy Domestos to clean the toilet with and there was a smell. I don't like to complain at all but sometimes it is necessary to help others.
Really enjoyed stay, teenager only complained about no WiFi available. Apartment block is very quiet and well located.
The location and also the complex was good. Good security and a clean pool. Within walking distance of Uvongo swimming beach. Close to Southcoast Mall and many other shops/malls. Had a nice stay. Unit is just a bit old and could do with upgrading.
Would recommend the accommodation to anyone. Walking distance from the beach and famous supermarket.
Good option for people with children under 10, may be too small to stay with teenagers or adults. Thank you for bringing the extra fan, and for replacing the fridge, even though it was our last night.
Very clean, good location. Peaceful and quiet area. Apartment just big enough to handle easily.
Will book there again in the sequel!
