The block of flats is in good condition, but the particular flat no 303 where I stayed is in a very poor condition. The bathroom is very inconvenient and does not look good. The cupboards are full of the owner's old things and untidy. The curtains are broken and also look bad from the outside. The owner does not maintain apartment 303. The caretaker of the Montrose block of flats and the cleaner do a good job outside, and the block looks tidy.

We had a very nice stay. The apartment was clean. Open plan bedroom/lounge. Everything we needed for a nice holiday.
The bedding looked old and used and the cutlery, crockery and pots were either chipped or broken. The wardrobes and drawers had the owners personal items so we could not even unpack our luggage yet we were booked for 10 days, we had to live out of our bags. We had to purchase bedding to use which was very shocking. But we could not do much as we paid in advance. The sleeper couch was broken and repaired with wood. Wish we could get a refund, cannot believe you guys would advertise this place without thoroughly inspecting it.
I can't recommend anyone to go there cause it's not clean and it's not accommodating. The washing machines have the laundry inside and the toilet is not working properly.
It was a lovely and peaceful holiday. Everything we needed, from shopping centre to entertainment, beach, pool on the beach, splash world, fun world etc. was on the same road, very close by and walking distance even. The place was very neat and tidy, friendly service. Will definitely go back.
Would recommend it to anyone.
It is a peaceful environment. Will definitely book through you guys again. Only there were no fans available and the bedding didn't make the bed at all.

We find paint and pliers in cupboards, no towels available as advertised.
The bathroom sink has no hot water, the geyser's electrical connections disfigure the bathroom and make it look like a storage place for old wires and gadgets, the toilet's water tank has a hole in it and leaks when it gets a little too full, the shower taps cannot close tightly so the water drips constantly, the bedding, pillows and cloths over the couches need to be replaced, they look old and look sloppy, roof fans: one does not work at all the other is very old and weathered, the light and fan switches are chains that are rusted and so short that a 6 foot man has to stand on his tiptoes to reach them, the fridge, stove and microwave are new and work great. The tumble dryer looks new but does not work. Positive: It's very nice near the sea.
The holiday itself was lovely, we made the most of the stay, the tiles are broken and the bathroom tiles were brown with dirt and the silicone in the shower was black with dirt, the wiring in the apartment is patchy and very dangerous especially for children, the cutlery must also be looked at and fridge does not cool well.
Will book again and again.
The apartment is great for a holiday, equipped with all the essentials, it is also very central.
It was close to shops and if walking distance and very safe, would go there again.

Everything was fine, just feel that apartment is too small for adult people and big children but otherwise everything was 100%.
The toilet was in a terrible state, tiles broken, bedding not recommendable, cockroaches everywhere. This place needs to be renovated. Nice caretaker.
Very nice vacation spot.
We were made to feel very welcome and felt safe. The power points had enough space for charging mobile phones but they didn't all make good contact, causing our mobile phone chargers to heat up.
On arrival we found booking in, a little confusing as there was no reception office and we had to hunt for assistance. However we did get help and were settled in the end. Apartment was just as advertised, but we did miss not having a toaster in the kitchen, and the stove didn't work. But we had no intention of cooking any main meals in the two days we were there. The bathroom was adequate and hot water was not a problem. Bedding was satisfactory, and general condition of the apartment acceptable, for the quick stop over we needed.
It's not a 1 room but a studio flat. Shower was clogged. Not the best sea view and very noisy. They were very friendly and we had a nice stay.
Big difference between a single room as advertised and then you end up with a one man flat. Not at all sea view as in the photos. Staring at a wall. False advertising.

First, the address provided was incorrect. Address provided was: Seaside Holiday Accommodation, 89 Beach Rd, Amanzimtoti. The correct address is: Mont Rose, 87 Beach Rd, Amanzimtoti. We booked for 4 big people. The apartment is a young man's apartment, which is not suitable for 4 large people. Imagine, 2 couples have to share one room. Upon arrival, the apartment smelled unbearable of mothballs. There were cockroaches in the kitchen. Stove's plates were painted, so they were unusable. Toilet seat was crooked, small sink with no hot water and shower. No sea view as advertised. Light bulb in living room did not work and when we approached the caretaker told us to buy our onions. Only stayed 2 days and then obtained better accommodation in Margate. Very disappointed with the stay.
It was the worst decision ever. There were other people's dirty clothes and hats in the room. The oven's plates were painted and we couldn't cook. The place stank. The shower was so dirty, we had to shower with pads. Never ever again will I book there and I will go out of my way to let other people know how bad it was. I drove back home 3 days early because I couldn't handle the smell anymore. Very bad. Best of all, the place is not seaside, there is no such place, the name is different.

Amanzimtoti is the best holiday place to be, it's safe, quiet and beyond fun. We would go again anytime.
It can just be mentioned that the apartment does not have a separate room.
The toilet seat was broken, off its hinges, the paint is also peeling of the walls. The living area is not too bad, but the bathroom needs a lot of work.
This does not look like the photo's at all. After a lot of trouble the owner paid us half of our money back. Will never make such a mistake again!
This flat is in disarray. The dirty bedding has been stashed in the wardrobe. There are buckets standing around and suitcases in the stow spaces in the bathroom. The wardrobes' handles are broken, so are the locks. The tiles on the floor are loose and the dish rags are unhygienic. So I won't given any stars. I booked for 3 nights, but only spent 1 night here. The flat is in Monroe 303 and the address is incorrect.
