The kitchen counter also doubles as a dining table and the main living area is furnished with a lounge suite and a flat-screen TV. The sliding doors lead to the veranda with a picnic table, and braai facilities. Guests can unwind on the rolling lawn and experience breathtaking sunset and sea views from the doorstep. Secure parking is available on the premises.

The location was amazing. You can just walk a minute or two and have your morning coffee at the lagoon. Felt very safe swimming here as the water is very shallow for a long stretch. Eateries, shops and Spar also within walking distance if you are reasonably fit. If you're a kite surfer, Langebaan is the place to be.

Very friendly communication with check-in, stay and check-out. Walking distance to Pearly's and the ocean. Nice big lawn for children to play. Will definitely stay there again!

Neat, clean, safe and wonderfully located for my son and his wife for wind surfing! Just about everything you need and maybe not is part of what is available for 6 people.
We had a wonderful stay, and Wilma was very helpful.
Perfect location, within walking distance of the sea and famous restaurants. The owner, Tania, and hostess, Wilma, fully met our needs.

House rules
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit.The refundable breakage deposit will be refunded one week after departure if there is no damage claim.
Guests are not allowed to rent the unit to other guests.
Bath towels are provided, but may not be removed from the house.
Guests must bring their own beach towels.
There is parking for only two vehicles inside the complex, other vehicles must park outside the complex.
Pets are unfortunately not allowed.
Please make sure the house is locked when you check out.
Refuse removal is scheduled on Wednesdays and all garbage must be put in the outside bin, which must be accessible for the grounds staff to put out.
