35 guests' feedbackWe had a lovely time in Amanzimtoti and it was the best decision to choose Seeview 706 for our stay. It was perfect and the view was fantastic. Very good service and the apartment block is very well maintained and managed.
We were welcomed well and quickly settled in. The place was nice and comfortable. All we needed was there and clean. We stayed well and felt safe.

The sea view is amazing! We could even see whales from our apartment. Everything you need for a seaside holiday is already in the apartment! We walked to everything - main beach, restaurants and shops - 90% of the time. The nearest shopping center is right across the road. Lynn is incredibly friendly and professional.
We enjoyed our stay very much. The accommodation was beautiful and spotlessly clean. We would be happy to stay there again.

We could not have asked for better hosts! Lynette and Keith met us personally, ensuring that we were comfortable. They also informed us of local activities and were on hand at any time to assist us. Super friendly and made us feel like we were staying at our home away from home. Thank you very much.
I felt very at home and safe living at Afsaal 706. Was very kindly received by Keith and Lynnette on my arrival even though I arrived later than I expected. They showed me how everything works and also told me about the shops around the place and what I can find there during my stay. Chip on keys to enter Afsaal, get to parking of vehicle and go out gate to the booth made me feel very safe that not just anyone can access premises. Easy and safe access to the gate to go to the beach. Very grateful to Keith and Lynnette for their help, kindness and hosting.

Very nice and tidy accommodation. The owners made us feel very welcome. The view was beautiful, especially if you catch the sunrise early in the morning. The 8 nights we stayed there were certainly worth it.

I would recommend this place, very neat and clean. The ocean view are great. And the host are friendly and helpful if you had any questions.
Friendly service. Tidy. Beautiful sea view with large windows that you can open and listen to the waves of the sea and the fresh air blowing in. Quiet area and shopping center which is just across the road, close to everything. Walking distance to Thirsty Whale too.

We really had a lovely stay, however there was an incident where we received a paper under our door. This was a printout of some WhatsApp messages with residence threatening each other with some violent actions. This was very unprofessional and made us feel unsafe. We understand that there are permanent residence staying in the building, but for the person who distributed these threatening messages to everyone is unacceptable. We reported his to the owner of out unit and it was explained to be the chair man of the building that left the messages under the door. We paid for a relaxing, carefree, safe couple of days and receiving the printout was very unsettling and had nothing to do with us. I will not recommend Seaview Self-Catering to any friends or family due to this.

The location and view of the sea is great. The only negative aspect was the braai facilities which have no view and cannot accommodate more than 2 groups of people.
