Neat and well equipped. Beautiful view of the sea; lovely enclosed braai room. This came in handy with the inclement weather we encountered. We were kindly received and shown around. WiFi also worked well.
Second floor absolutely furnished for visiting and relaxation. In the newer part of Yzerfontein, a little further from the swimming beach, which makes it quiet and peaceful. Equipped with everything you would need.

Would recommend Seaview Villa to any one. The house has everything and more that one needs. You can literally just bring your clothes and food. Customer service 100% and very friendly and helpful. Owner was in contact all the time and forwarded all the necessary notifications, such as the loadshedding schedules. Will definitely make a reservation again.
Best place to get away from the city life.
We have stayed at many self-catering units both locally and overseas and Seaview Villa is exceptional. Everything you need (and even the things you didn't think you needed) are provided. The unit is exceptionally neat and clean and ready for a wonderful, relaxing, hassle-free break. We spent the weekend there with our daughter, son-in-law and 2 granddaughters. Johanna is a lovely, warm and welcoming host and makes sure you are comfortable and well taken care of even gifting us with 2 bottles of wine from the local Darling area. This home is a short walk from the beach and just a short drive from some interesting shops. All in all, a really great option for a holiday destination. Thank you Johanna for making us feel special, we will definitely be returning.

What a treat to be able to stay here! Johanna is so friendly and helpful. The house is clean, tidy and had everything one could possibly think of. The view from the stoep is so beautiful and the braai area is ideal if you just want to hang out with friends in the evening. A big bonus is that the beach is only a stone's throw away. The house is really well catered for what crockery, bedding and furniture concern. The house is very neat and spotless. The goodies for guest is very well thought through. Johanna is a very friendly and sweet host.

We found the house very clean with literally everything one needs. The downstairs kitchen can be a challenge for the older generation, but the living area and view of the ocean makes up for it all. The coffee station upstairs, as well as the sink come in handy for the upstairs room. The hostess was very helpful and even forwarded the load shedding times to us via WhatsApp.
Johanna was so welcoming and did her utmost to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The house has magnificent views, is within walking distance to a lovely stretch of beach and very comfortable. It was perfect for our group of friends wanting to escape the city.

Beautiful sea view! I'd almost go so far as to say it's the cleanest and neatest place we've ever stayed and we travel often. Delicious beds and pillows with clean bathrooms and a neat braai area where the whole family or friends can have fun together. The house is well furnished with everything needed. We had a long weekend break with family and 2 small children (2 years and 9 months). The house offered everything and more. There are even chairs and toys for the beach! The lounge area upstairs was lovely and gave the children the opportunity to move around while we could quietly look out over the sea and hang out and have a barbecue! The beach is walking distance and the wildlife is abundant! Definitely worth every penny and would recommend with a heart. Johanna's reception was professional and friendly. Seaview Villa is a house where one immediately feels at home. Lovely holiday home with lots to do, from beautiful views over the sea, Table Mountain on the horizon, a loop court for bird watchers and a great choice of walking and jogging routes. The kitchen is particularly well equipped and the living area on the upper level with the indoor braai and lounge ensures that bad weather days turn into cozy days. Would easily stay in Seaview Villa for a long holiday and would definitely want to go back again.

Very kindly received by the owner himself who informed us fully about places to eat and tourist attractions in the area. Very cute bakery and Portuguese restaurant at the sports club as well as a beautiful "interior" shop just around the corner from the bakery can be highly recommended.

We had a fantastic trip to Yzerfontein. The house is all you need when you fly in from far. Everything needed in a self-catering unit was there. The house is ideal for July, August months with a closed in braai area. Yzerfontein is also central to tour the West Coast as well as inland.

The personal welcoming was very warm. The house was very neat and all facilities (that you have at your own house) was available. I was impressed that there was even a braai grid. We stayed at several places on our recent tour down the West Coast. However, this house stole our hearts. It's not cheap (compared to other places we've stayed) but it's worth every penny. Our hostess was very friendly and helpful - she even welcomed us with a bottle of wine. The house is spacious, tastefully furnished and equipped with everything that opens and closes. The thoughtful detail the owners have put into this place is amazing. I couldn't find anything they hadn't thought of. The beds and pillows are comfortable and the linen is of good quality. There is also a garden, but the balcony on the top floor has such a beautiful view that one could simply spend the whole day there. Yzerfontein is also very central and you can visit many places in the area. I hope that one day we will be able to return. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience.
