The room was always kept clean. Always felt secure, even though I was on my own. The staff were helpful and friendly. The perfect location, peaceful and quiet. Would definitely stay again. Thank you.
It was very nice. I had a nice relaxing weekend and it was so quiet and close to the beach you could hear the ocean at night.
It was just what my spouse and I needed. Calm and relaxing environment. We had everything to ourselves (bonus).
Ok stay, thought the pool would be heated as the last time to use it, but it was not.

Secret Garden guest house is a spacious, neat and well-equipped place. My stay was nice and the relaxation area on the roof is nice to get away from the hustle and bustle. The garden is well maintained and pleasing to the eye. I would recommend Secret Garden anytime. Value for money.

The owner is a gem and you feel at home. The secret garden is out of this world. Ideal for romantics, business stops or a casual visitor.
My next holiday destination.
The place is beautiful but we couldn't use the swimming pool as there was a wedding ceremony and we were not aware of it. I only found out about it as I was on my way down to the pool to take a dip then had to head back up to my room. When we wanted to go down to the pool later the evening after the wedding ceremony the pool was then closed. The next morning thinking I'll take a nice early swim the pool was still closed and only opened at 10 am check out time. Not nice at all.

Apart from the fact that Uncle Jan forgot to return my driver's license, and I was pulled over in Worcester the week after, they made sure that I received my license quickly the next day. The accommodation was nice, tidy and very friendly.
Secret Garden is located high up and from the roof one can see far as e.g. Table Mountain, Robben Island and Boland Mountain on the east side. There is a heated pool and we had a great time relaxing in the "Garden Suite" which overlooks the garden and pool. We also felt safe in the guest house.
