This double-storey can accommodate up to 8 guests and comprises 4 bedrooms. Upstairs comprises 3 bedrooms of which 2 are furnished with 2 single beds while the third bedroom is furnished with a double bed. The shared bathroom is fitted with a bath, toilet and basin. Downstairs the fourth bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet and basin. There is also an additional separate bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet and basin.
The open-plan living area features a lounge, dining table, and bar area, as well as a kitchen well-equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven and stove, tea- and coffee-making facilities, and a washing machine.
Sliding doors open onto the partially undercover patio with a dining table, which in turn leads onto the very spacious garden with a built-in braai area and private swimming pool, which is fenced off. There is ample of outdoor space for children and pets to run and play.
Other amenities include uncapped Wi-Fi, a full selection of DStv channels, air conditioning in the main bedroom and living area, rechargeable lights, alarm system as well as undercover parking.
Sedgefield, also known as ‘Africa’s First Slow Town’ is home to various outdoor activities including fishing, paragliding and beach swimming. There is a wide variety of restaurants, shops and of course the local farmer’s market which happens every Saturday, just down the road from Sedgefield Island Holiday House.

House rules
The house has rechargeable lights for loadshedding.Final rental amount is to be paid to the property management company no later than 30 days/1 month before arrival, together with additional management fee and refundable breakages deposit. For international guests only, the breakages deposit to be paid in cash on arrival, local residents need to pay via EFT.
A cash late arrival fee is payable upon arrival for check-ins after 18:00.
No additional guests are allowed. 8 Guests only.
Please bring your own baby camp cot and high chair with.
Children should be attended by an adult at all times. The pool is fenced however the house does not have safety barriers on the stairs or railings.
Beach towels are not supplied.Guest are not allowed to use shower towels as beach towels.
Pets are only allowed on the property upon prior request, subject to owner's confirmation.
No smoking indoors. Discard cigarettes in the astray provided.
A cleaning surcharge will be charged should the tenants not leave the property in reasonable condition for occupation or if check-out happens later than the specified time.
Housekeeping service is not included - it is optional extra.
Please advise well in advance if you require this service as it is outsourced and subject to availability at time of enquiry.
This accommodation is fully self-catering. Kindly provide your personal consumables.
No loud music or noise after 22h00.
Unruly and/or noisy behavior will result in an eviction, with no refund. No parties or events are permitted at the property. Please respect the property and
neighbors.

No dogs are allowed on beds or furniture,
A surcharge will be charged should the owners note dogs on beds/furniture to cover costs of cleaning, or if dogs messed in the house and we need to clean carpets etc. after departure
Please keep an eye on your dogs at all times. The house has an enclosed garden with fencing. You need to accept full responsibility of your dogs and not let them wander around unattended, to cause nuisance for neighbours and their dogs
