The place is amazing, the view is surreal, like something off of a work of fiction.
Beautiful views, the place was nice and clean.
No decent bin in kitchen, 20 liter paint can is provided as bin.
The place is amazing everything was perfect.
Oven was dirty on arrival and remote control needs replacing. Would appreciate if someone could clean braai.
Unit needs to be upgraded. Will make stay so much better.
Nice view and close to the sea and shops. Can only put air freshener in the house when guests leave, smells stuffy, probably the sea air.
The ocean view from Seester 9 is breathtaking. The unit and complex is very neat and clean. They are pretty strict with regards to noise - except when it comes to children's play and laughter - which suited us perfectly. The unit is walking distance from Lucien beach which has Blue Flag status. I strongly recommend Seester 9. The pictures don't do it justice!
After 2 months and constant emails to Just Property we still haven't received our breakage deposit back.

In certain cases when a deposit was paid and the client wants to cancel there will be a non-refundable cancellation fee of R500 will be levied on all cancellations. This R500 is over and above the percentage already stated as the cancellation fee.
More than 1 month before check-in, 50% deposit refunded.
More than 2 weeks before check-in, 25% deposit refunded.
Less than 2 weeks before check-in, 0% deposit refunded.

Extra Fees
In addition to the rates in the table above, this establishment also charges a once-off R600 admin fee per booking.
Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the establishment.Check-in/check-out details
House rules
- Please note that the admin fee included in the quote, and refundable breakage deposit fee is payable before arrival and is not included in the rate.- The refundable breakage deposit fee is payable 2 weeks before arrival and is not included in the rate.
- The reservation agreement that will be sent to the client after the deposit is paid must be filled in and sent back before arrival. No keys will be released without the necessary documentation returned to Just Property.
- The breakage deposit will be refunded within 14 working days after departure, less any deductions for breakages.
- Should the property be damaged either wilfully or not, by negligence or not, by yourself or any other, you agree to pay for the said damages if it exceeds the amount held via the breakage deposit.
- Should you arrive at the property and find that there are damages, the onus is upon you to inform our offices immediately.
- The breakage deposit will be held in trust and released to the bank account nominated by yourself.
- Please remember to email us your account details.
- Please ensure that the full balance outstanding is reflected in our bank account 7 days prior to arrival.
- Please do not exceed the maximum number of people allowed in the unit. Failure to comply with this request will result in eviction with no refund and no notice period.
- No smoking is allowed inside any of the units, flats or houses, should you smoke in the house you will lose your breakage deposit in full.
- If a cleaning service is needed it can be arranged prior to arrival, at an extra cost which will be provided on request, and if there is a cleaning lady available.
- Cleaning services are not available on Sundays and public holidays.
- We cannot be held liable for any losses or inconvenience to tenants caused by an act beyond our control. In the event of any appliance being out of order we cannot be held liable for the replacement thereof.
Don’t forget to bring the following:
- Towels for swimming and bathing.
- DStv decoder with the remote and card.
- Your own cleaning chemicals and toilet paper for during your stay.
