Upon arrival, Delene and Hein are people-people (received a very good reception!) - place was very tidy, customer service excellent, very nice view for our 2 Bolanders. Will definitely recommend to others. The coffee and biscuits were a plus! We slept well!
The host was Polite and helpful. Unfortunatley we had to deal with a broken toilet seat that kept falling on your back while on the toilet. The bathroom sink that was leaking. The bedroom lamp that kept flickering on and off. The sliding door that did not lock. (another door from the same balcony led into the flat so there was access to our room). You could only change TV channels inside the oweners flat. There was no wifi. Had there not been all these problems I could have recommended the place to friends.

The lady took my husband by his face and that upset me very much. One never judges a book by its cover. The host's English is also not very well.
