Trevor (the owner) already started sending information about the accommodation a week in advance, indicated which entrance for key collection and which entrance to the parking etc. Day of arrival explained nicely which safe with code and all necessary information, so that when we got there we knew exactly what, where and how and didn't have a single moment of uncertainty. The loadshedding schedule was forwarded to us and also informed that loadshedding does not exactly affect the area in the lower levels, which was also confirmed with full time power during our stay. First morning, Trevor forwarded us the specials of places in the area and also told us where children would possibly be able to play. The information was very welcome considering that we are not at all familiar with the area. When we checked out, Trevor also let us know that there is no one checking in after us, if we want to check out a little later we are welcome at no additional cost. Will definitely book again if the unit is available.
No complaints. All was in order.
Amazing 180 degree seaview, perfect location to local restaurants, pubs and shops. We will definitely be returning soon. So much more than advertised. Everything you need is within walking distance, though it is a short drive to the Galleria Mall if you need some retail therapy. We could have stayed for a month!
Our apartment was cleaned every day by a very friendly lady. The apartment has lovely views and is very nicely equipped.
