It was clean,,safe and quite, but there was no curtain on the door and although there was a blind on the one window in the bedroom the light shone in it was so bright it felt like we were sleeping in a padel court, also the one remotes batteries was flat.

Very central and easily accessible, secure parking and good facilities in the complex. I struggled a bit with the DSTV, Netflix and from time to time with the internet. The wind made the front door play a "tune", so a piece of sponge might be needed here.
Serengeti Apartments is such a lovely place to stay we enjoyed our stay and would most certainly recommend it. The apartments are close to willowbridge mall and people were very friendly. It was a beautiful and peaceful stay. Just the pool disappointed my child, as she wanted to swim and the pool looked dirty and green. But it was nice.

It's a beautiful, modern apartment where one lives very comfortably. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom and kitchen very tidy. The decor is carefully and stylishly chosen - it feels luxurious. The owner is professional and warm. Very happy with the stay and would love to come again.
We were kindly and warmly welcomed by our hostess, Renee. She also made sure throughout that we were comfortable and that we knew where everything was in the apartment. The apartment is very neat, modern and beautifully furnished and the icing on the cake was the electronic warm blanket for the Cape cold. There is enough work space and enough towels and blankets. Wi-Fi is also available in the apartment. A small suggestion is the possible purchase of a middle-sized mug to heat milk in the microwave - since we had to use some of the nice cups for this purpose. Otherwise, a great visit and Serengeti 13 is highly recommended!
We were very well received. The lady went out of her way to make our stay as pleasant as possible. We definitely give her five stars and would recommend Serengeti 13 for rural guests, who especially want to be close to the shopping centers.

Renee promptly responded for the leaking pipe and for the kitchen towel. The Wi-Fi is excellent 100%. Please note the following: No oven. Used the same linen/bedding for 5 nights! This is very unhealthy. No sponge or disinfection to wash the bath tub. No mop. Was only provided with 1 and a ½ rolls toilet tissue. The unit was never cleaned during our 5 day and 5 night stay. A guide list in the complex, the surroundings with things to do is needed, maybe as a loose paper or stuck on the wall somewhere in the unit.
