Serenity is located in the Marina Martinique Estate and is a ground-floor apartment in the exclusive 10-unit St. Kitts complex. It is ideal for a couple's getaway or a family holiday.

The apartment comprises 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, accommodating 6 guests. The first bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath and shower. The second bedroom is furnished with a double bed, while the remaining bedroom is furnished with 2 three-quarter beds. The guest bathroom is fitted with a shower. Linen and bath towels are provided, however, guests need to bring their own swimming and beach towels.

This spacious apartment features an open-plan living space with a dining area and a lounge furnished with comfortable couches and a Smart TV. Guests will need to use their own Netflix logins. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery, and crockery. The coffee station is ready for guests' arrival and offers coffee, tea, sugar, 1 box of milk, biscuits and 5-litre bottled water.

For guests' convenience, a washing machine and a dishwasher are also available. The living area opens to the enclosed braai room with beautiful water canal views. Stack doors in the braai room can be opened to enjoy the indoor-outdoor flow. Secure parking and complimentary Wi-Fi are also available.

Guests have direct access to the canals, which are safe for swimming. The Marina is a safe area for guests and is only minutes away from great beaches, restaurants and the town of Jeffreys Bay.
