House rules
Please note that the unit's maximum occupancy is 6 guests, including children.On arrival, please read through the Serenity House Manual (that is in the kitchen) to answer your questions regarding where to park, rubbish bags, etc.
A refundable deposit is to be paid before arrival. Guests are required to leave the property and its contents in the same condition as was found on arrival. The deposit will be forfeited in the event of any damages, stained linen, dirty kitchen, smoking in the apartment, ash left in the braai (ash to be placed in the supplied bag). The unit will be checked and a refund will be paid to you within 48 hours of departure.
Secure parking for 1 vehicle is available as a guest parking at the complex. Please contact the owners to arrange parking for a second vehicle.
Wi-Fi is available to a maximum of 50 gigs per booking. Should guests require more, contact the owners to top up at your expense.
No smoking or vaping is permitted inside.
No pets are allowed.
No parties are allowed.
No overnight visitors are allowed.
No noise, loud talking or music is allowed after 22:00 during the week, and 23:00 on weekends.
Please do not feed the birds.
