We were 4 adults and despite only one bathroom it was a beautiful, tidy place.
It was wet with rain and wind in Sutherland when I arrived. Settle Inn was sheltered and warm and I was able to relax and rest. I would like to come back.
Stylish, cuddly, warm, everything you need, suitcase could be unpacked, there is more than enough hanging and packing space. Michelle is a caring hostess, sharing information of the village and also the load shedding schedules which make it easy for planning.

We wanted accommodation for one night so that we could go stargazing and learn more about the planetarium. We got more than we expected. We had our own lounge and kitchen.
Owners were very friendly and upon arrival were kind enough to give me a choice of another apartment as I was traveling alone. Reception was great and service delivery very good.
We had a great stay at the Settle Inn. Michelle was very friendly and responsive. All the amenities worked well and the location was close to our star-gazing tour. Highly recommend to anyone going to Sutherland with family.
Accommodation is conveniently close to all the attractions. Unit was neat and clean. The electric blanket made it extra special as the evenings are getting cold.

The hostess received us kindly. She gave us recommendations on places to eat and where to look at the stars. The apartment is clean and well equipped with hot water bottles, 3 heaters and enough blankets for the cold weather.
Load shedding spoiled my Saturday.
Ideally located for an overnight stop on the way to the Tankwa Karoo, Cederberge or West Coast. Clean, tidy and quiet.
Lots to do and Michelle shared lots of information of activities in town with us beforehand. Clean, tidy house with everything you need.
Michelle is an excellent and friendly hostess. She went out of her way to make us feel welcome. Also before our arrival she sent us information about events and attractions. The accommodation is clean and tidy. Luxurious bedding and electric blankets were very welcome on the cold winter evenings. The winner was the indoor grill, because who wants to grill outside in temperatures below freezing?
The hospitality was incredibly good, house neat and clean, everything needed is available. It was really a pleasure to stay there. Information regarding the town was also passed.
House equipped with everything. Nice warm blankets with panel heaters. Indoor barbecue is nice in the cold weather. Despite the rain and cold, we had a great time.
We visit again and then we want to stop by SALT.
We were 8 friends who shared the house together and the indoor barbecue made it a nice get-together. With the spacious kitchen we could comfortably use and enjoy everything.
We only used the unit to sleep over for the evening. The meal at the White House was very tasty and well priced.
Well-appointed accommodation for two in the cottage.
Was there for honeymoon. Was a very nice place. I think there was a mix up that I only realized later because I booked the house and not the apartment because we wanted the fireplace. The apartment does not have a fireplace but does have heaters. We would have liked the fireplace/indoor barbecue instead, but it's not the end of the world. Will spend the night there again but will make sure that I get the house this time, because the fireplace/indoor barbecue was the whole point of the trip.
There is nothing missing. Big house with all grievances. Suitable for many people who will spend the night very comfortably in the "star town".
The house was nice and big, well furnished and felt safe. The "swimming pool" which is clearly a farm pond in the photos was full of fish and therefore should not be advertised as a house with a swimming pool. I would have chosen a cheaper accommodation unit if I had known that the pond was not a swimming pool.
Good service. Very flexible with further arrangements.
