The main bedroom has a queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom with a bath, toilet and a basin. The second bedroom has twin beds and the second bathroom features a shower, toilet and a basin. The lounge opens onto a balcony with sea views. Linen is provided however guests are required to bring bath towels and swimming towels.
The apartment is equipped with a stove, microwave, 2 fridge-freezers, a toaster, tea- and coffee-making facilities, crockery, cutlery, electric frying pan, stainless steel braai as well as a 32-inch flat smart TV. Please bring along your DStv decoder, cables and smart card, it is not DStv Explora compatible.
The complex has communal braai facilities and a large tropical garden overlooking the swimming pool. There is 1 safe marked undercover parking bay for 1 vehicle. An additional open parking space for a trailer is available in the trailer park. Only 1 vehicle and 1 trailer per flat is allowed. Visitors of resident holidaymakers may not use complex facilities such as parking, swimming pool and braais. The apartment is not serviced and no service will be arranged.
The flat has a small safe, verandah chairs, a shared windy dryer, an ironing board, an iron and a washing machine.
The complex is situated in Lillicrona Boulevard famous for walking, jogging and cycling.

The owner was very helpful with any little thing one might need for comfort. Wash like your own home and you feel very much at home.
We were a family of 4, we had a great stay, the view was beautiful. I would recommend it to anyone.
We had a wonderful stay. The apartment's location by the sea is perfect, with an incredible sea view. Everything was neat and clean and the apartment is very well equipped for 1-4 people.
Hear, see and smell the ocean, it is safe and the swimming pool is just what the children wanted. Nice, affordable accommodation, at very good value for money.

House rules
The complex is served by water tanks providing water should municipal water be unavailable.Guests are not entitled to any benefit whatsoever arising from any error whatsoever in any quote/info pertaining to Shabay Villas Uvongo.
No check-ins after 19:00 will be accommodated. No bookings ending or beginning within the period 21 Dec - 2 Jan will be accepted. The said period will be one continuous period and will not be broken up in any way.
Payable by EFT directly to the owner, in addition to the booking fee are:
A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 for 4 Adults, R1000 for 2 adults and 1 or 2 children, R750 for 2 adults.
Non-refundable Key and linen fee of R500. During all school holidays, this fee will be R500. All bookings longer than 7 days will pay an additional R100 for an extra set of linen.
December Key and linen of 2 sets is a fee of R750.
This fee includes the payment process, an inspection of the flat before/after booking, refund deposit, attendance, delivery of keys at drop off point and collecting them, telephone attendance, cleaning of the flat before check-in and after check-out, washing, ironing, and replacing linen before and after check-in/out.
The above are payable directly to the owner and not TravelGround and LekkeSlaap in addition to the accommodation fee. It is not included in the rates. A minimum stay period of 7 nights applies. Holiday seasons 7 or 10 nights. High season minimum stay period of 12 nights required.
This is a self-catering flat and no services whatsoever is provided. Only bookings made by the guests who will occupy the flat will be accepted. Agents making the booking on behalf of guests will not be accepted. Bookings made under a fictitious name will not be honoured. Agents exclude Travelground and Lekkeslaap. Guests are not entitled to any benefit whatsoever arising from any error on the part of the owner whatsoever.
One vehicle and one trailer per booking are allowed in the complex.

No pets and no smoking in the flat are allowed.
No extra persons will be allowed under any circumstances whatsoever. Babies are also regarded as persons. All quotes based on incorrect info from the guests will be regarded as null and void and will not be honoured.
