Yes, we had a really nice stay and the service was so good. The man who helped us was awesome and friendly.
We were very kindly received by Nkele. Nothing was too much trouble for her to make us feel comfortable and at home. The lodge is beautiful and our room was stylish and well appointed.
The rooms are very clean, tidy and tasteful and Nkele constantly made sure that everything was right and that we felt comfortable and at home.

Hidden gem that is so close to the city! My mom and 3 friends loved their stay at Shai Shai Hills! The professionalism & friendliness of the staff was great, they went out of their way to ensure that they had everything they needed to feel at home. They loved the food, views, rooms and how the staff treated them. Our family will definitely be back!
A reception would be nice to receive the guests. And a kettle in the room, to make coffee in the night /morning.
