The place is brand new. Everything is as per the advert.
It was very nice, quiet and safe.
It is indeed a very nice place to call home. Everything was perfect, close to the turn off to Main, O.K, P&P and the gas station. The room is very large and comfortable with air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. Just a pity that some guests arrived after midnight and made a lot of noise. We will definitely stay there again.

Very neat and clean with friendly helpful staff. The only issue was that the bathroom cabinet door hinge was broken.
Bed was very hard, bedding not so clean.
The place is advertised as self-catering, but there are no resources to utilise, only a microwave and kettle. The fridge is very small, and no cleaning is offered for the duration of your stay.
Had a great stay and service was great.
The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff were amazing. They did everything to make my stay pleasant. I highly recommend the accommodation to anyone visiting Cape Town.

Was just worried about our car being parked outside on a busy street overnight.
Very nice. Would recommend more secure parking.
It was ok, it was clean and well, I loved the sweets.
My daughters vehicle was broken into in the accommodations parking lot. They all came to check in on her and offer their support.

The guest house is very neat and clean. I was received kindly and looked after very well. The guest house is located on the corner of a busy street. Unfortunately, your car is parked outside.

I was very impressed with the service from the owner. Always available. The room was neat, clean and comfortable. For my purposes the location was perfect. I would stay there again anytime. I was just a little worried about the safety of my car, but that certainly wouldn't put me off booking there again. Friendly and helpful service.

The lady who received us was very friendly and professional. It's a cute set up and everything was clean although the bathroom in one room and the doors need a coat of paint. All in all we are satisfied that we got value for money and received good service. I would definitely recommend Sharon's House and stay there again.

Friendly staff and reception. Safe parking outside, but still a concern though because it's outside of the premises.
The room is comfortable and well equipped. The movement of other guests making noise and the security gate also making noise when opening and closing is disturbing. There is also not safe parking for all cars and we had to make a plan to park our vehicle in another place safely for the night.
Accommodation photos show spacious rooms but the room we were placed in (no. 4) is extremely cramped for 2 people. The door was also dirty with shoe marks. Feel unsafe with car parked outside on street side. Insisted to park car in garage but person on duty first had to ask permission from owner.
