14 guests' feedbackWe really enjoyed the stay, we will definitely do it again in the future. The cottage is modern, fully equipped and tidy. The beautiful pool is lovely and the air conditioning saved us!
Clean, neat place, but we didn't get any Wi-Fi pin. We had to call and ask for it, which the contacts of the manager that were given to us were answered by a lady who sounded unprofessional. I even enquired if it would be possible for her to set up balloons for a birthday, which she never got back to me about. She answers the phone like she's not in the mood.
Everything was very nice.
Can pay attention to pool. He makes noise when the pump is on. Kitchenware is slightly incomplete. The braai area needs attention. The unit itself is very nicely laid out. Beds sleep very well.
The photo's on the web is what you can expect. It is a good location and the set-up is so that each unit is private and can / should be able to enjoy the traquel bush setting. There were however a group of ladies who stayd in the challet. They played very loud music, the were load soeaking to one another or on the phone. We did call the number listed and reported it to the Manager. Nothing however changed. We had to essentially be away from the accomodation for most of the day to enjoy some quitness as the ladies started partying early morning and only stopped late into the night. This made for a very unpleasant stay. When they left on the sunday, we could for the first time enjoy the accomodation.
We had a great time, very neat place. Everything you need is there.

The unit should only consider a double bed and not just single beds.
Cottage was comfortable and clean, would like to include a daily cleaning service in the price.
Ideal place to stay for families or families who want to book all the units together.
Easy to find as it is on the main road, close to the shops and many restaurants.
Furthermore, it is very, very neat and would book there again, but not for R1500, for R1100. Parking area is also very narrow and low tree branches if you drive a 4x4 or a combi.
