We had a very pleasant stay with beautiful weather. The house is very spacious. I would just suggest that more bowls (e.g. braai bowl for meat, salad bowls) be added, and guests be informed upon arrival that they need to buy toilet paper, as only 1 roll per bathroom is provided. We stayed for 4 nights with 12 adults.

Our stay was supa awesome. The host was very friendly and kind. We just loved her; she made us feel welcome since the day we arrived up until we left.

1. The plumbing was a problem. 2. There were not enough kitchen utensils to make our stay enjoyable. 3. There were too few towels available, and those that were available were old and worn. 4. There was no Tupperware. 5. Additionally, there was poor lighting in the entertainment area and bar. 6. There were no refuse bags. 7. The bin outside was full when we arrived. 8. The stove needs maintenance as some burners were not working properly.

I will refer due to the location and space. The stay was very uncomfortable. 1. The septic tank was stinking up the whole house. 2. There were no basic crockery and cutlery; there were not even enough forks for the occupants. The cutlery and crockery were extremely mismatched, and the pots were too small for such a big group of people. 3. There was no garden furniture, only one broken beach chair that hurt my child's foot. 4. There were no extra blankets despite the advertised sleeper couch. 5. The pool was dirty. 6. There were no black bags or any other basic cleaning chemicals. This was the first holiday home at this price where the place and welcome felt so cold; other agents make much more effort. 7. There were hidden costs written in small print on the fridge, regarding a R250 deduction from the breakage deposit if dishes are not washed. I don't think this is part of the rules, yet it might be rules that the agent created herself. 8. The agent called and walked through the house regarding pillows and did not do her check properly; it truly felt like she wanted to take money from the breakage deposit without looking properly. We felt like criminals during her exit inspection. 9. We have stayed in other neighbouring homes (welcoming, friendly, and accommodating, with no hidden costs), and although Shore Break is stunning, I would go back to the other homes due to the treatment received from the agent.

We had an awesome time. The only thing was that we did not have hot water to shower with, but other than that, I will go back anytime. Thanks to everyone that assisted from the time that I have booked until our last hour at the place. I would also like to thank the caretaker for her awesome service that she gave us.

1. Only 3 plates on the gas stove was working, oven not working. struggled a while before the stove actually started working. . 2. only 1 roll of toilet paper per toilet- we bought extra pack at Spar. 3. no extra blankets. 4. no towels.

The house needs some renovation work. A few of the kitchen cabinets are broken, the glass is broken in one of the doors and the sliding door's lock is also broken. It is perfect for a larger group of people with children. It would be a good idea to upgrade the kitchenware, such as glasses, knives and grater to make the visit more convenient. The garage is perfect for keeping your car safe and there is plenty of room for the kids to play.

Fantastic visit. Perfect weekend in this beautiful house. Excellent service from the driver. Just a pity the neighbor is so full of fimish and unfriendly and uses every moment he can to spoil your visit. He himself shone his flashlight on the premises and into the house to peek at us. But otherwise we really enjoyed the visit.
