16 guests' feedbackSilvermoon Self-Catering was a very big disappointment. Absolutely not worth the price they charge. 1. The pictures of the place are not at all a true version of what we got. It shows a ground floor cottage. No photos of the apartment are up. The tiny apartment on the 1st floor does not meet the standards we are used to at all. 2. On arrival there was already a problem with parking - not enough space at all. 3. The little apartment seems to have been built on quickly (and sloppily). 4. The bedding was old and did not look clean. 5. The walls are dirty. 6. The 2 rooms are small and dark with no view. 7. The balcony is tiny, barely 3 people fit in it. 8. The braai area on the balcony did not have a grill and was dirty. For the price we paid, I honestly expected better. The rest of the family stayed in a beautiful spacious open house on the same street for a lot less than I paid for Silvermoon. One gets the impression that the people of Silvermoon wanted to make a quick buck for December - we feel taken advantage of and would certainly not recommend the place.

Unit is not on ground level as pictured. Elderly guests would struggle with the steep, short steps. Beautiful flowers in the living room but only a quarter of a roll of toilet paper in the bathroom, a bit too little for 3 guests! Double bed mattress is done and does not sleep comfortably.
We always struggle to find places that are also animal friendly. They were very accommodating and we all had a great time. Would recommend to anyone.
Beautiful apartment in the most beautiful town on the Garden Route. Very nice dry braai wood was a bonus. Many thanks to Ria and Anthony, we will definitely go there again and can easily recommend Silver Moon to anyone!
We had a fantastic time in Silvermoon guest house. It's conveniently close to the sea. We will definitely visit again. Thank you for the kindness, clean towels and great conversation. Together we are excited about the new unit and hope to see you again next year.

Very nice stay. Nice and clean unit. Kitchen is nicely equipped and the rooms both have double beds. Place to barbecue and sit outside. Value for money.
Location - very good, although the whole of Glentana is far from shops. Cleanliness - excellent. We did go and buy a grill and tongs (to move coals) because it is our personal preference to be able to turn meat with the grill itself. Hospitality - very good. WiFi is erratic and signal was not constant - so internet TV sometimes buffered.
Our stay at Silvermoon, was very pleasant, the owners were very friendly and helpful, ordinary down to earth people!! Thanks again Ria!
Perfect place, well located, clean, tidy, comfortable and well equipped. So nice to sleep with the sound of the sea in your ears. We will definitely be back.
