Simbalina 7 is situated on Clarke Bay, a very popular swimming beach that is shark net protected, with lifeguards on duty. The complex is secure with electric gates and offers direct access to the beach. It is situated within walking distance of shops, pubs, and restaurants.

This duplex apartment is self-catering and can accommodate 8 guests. It comprises 4 individually furnished bedrooms, 3 boasting sea views. The main bedroom is upstairs furnished with a king-size bed, and a smart TV and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed, while the third bedroom is fitted with 2 single beds. They make use of the guest bathroom upstairs, fitted with a bath, shower, basin, and toilet. The fourth bedroom is located downstairs, and furnished with a queen-size bed. This room makes use of the third bathroom fitted with a shower, basin, and toilet. Linen and bath towels are provided, however, guests are required to bring their own beach towels.

The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities, and features a centrally located breakfast island with stools. For guests convenience, there’s a dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer. The kitchen extends to an 8-seater dining table with chairs and further opens up to the lounge. The lounge has comfortable couches and a TV with selected DStv channels (Stay Essentail package). Guests have access to free Wi-Fi. Note that there is no safe.

The lounge opens up to a patio that boasts a small garden. Guests can enjoy a lovely cup of coffee here. Guests can make use of the Weber braai and can take a refreshing dip in the communal swimming pool.
