House rules
The house is serviced daily except on weekends and public holidays.Please note an entrance fee of R400 is payable at the estate, as well as an additional R100 for each person who would like fingerprint access to the estate. Card facilities are available.
A cleaning service can be arranged at an additional cost of R200 per day, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Guests please need to bring their own swimming towels.
Please note that guests will be required to accept the full terms and conditions as provided by Simbithi Eco Estate.
Smoking is not allowed in the house, only outside and ashtrays are provided.
Only the permitted number of 8 people, children included, are allowed on the property. No overnight guests are allowed.
No loud music is allowed.
Towels and clothes are not to be hung on the rails, as a washing line is provided.
No moving around of furniture outside the property.
All damages to property will be additional charged.
