House rules
Children must be supervised at all times at the communal swimming pool, as there are no lifeguards on duty. Pool hours are from 08:00 to 18:00. The estate owners and caretakers are not responsible for any injuries near or in the pool.Guests should be aware of monkeys roaming the area and ensure all windows are closed when leaving the property to prevent them from entering and causing damage. Please do not feed the monkeys.
Air conditioning can be used as needed. During cooler months, please run the units for at least 30 minutes to maintain their functionality. Ensure bedroom doors are closed when using the aircon in the living area for optimal effectiveness.
A bucket on the patio collects aircon water; please empty it periodically and replace it with a weight to avoid overflow and potential slipping hazards.
Guests are responsible for any breakages or damages to the property and its contents. Please report any major incidents immediately.
Please keep noise levels low.
The estate is pet and child-friendly, but please keep pets and children off the furniture and ensure pets are walked regularly.
