Place was quiet and peaceful and very tidy, will use it again in the future.
Great stay. The place is clean and the pool was clean. I would suggest that they add more towels. There were only two towels, a small one and a big one.
Fellow guests friendly and helpful. After 10 in the evening, everyone abides by the rules and continues to socialize without loud music or noise. Secure parking. Nice lapa with braai. Swimming pool also available at lapa. Room air conditioning. Room well laid out in relation to power points.
I was more than satisfied with my stay and service.
The stay was quite nice, the bed was comfortable. Just the room felt super small due to the overhead cupboard that is way too low as one keeps bumping into it, very hazardous.
Sinesan's units are clean and tidy although the lady who received us was very unhelpful and "cold". The 1 unit's exterior door would not lock and she refused to move us to another unit. Her reason was that only she and we know that the door cannot lock and they were apparently fully booked. After I called about the problem we were immediately moved to another unit and then we found out that she lied that they were fully booked. She also didn't want to give us a remote for the gate. But after a long confrontation, she did give us 1.
Not pleasant at all.
Overall all we had a pleasant stay. They accommodated us with a larger room as the site only booked 2, but we were 3 and they also accommodated our little dog. Negative there were some unruly guest one evening, but the next day they were gone.
Will plan to use the services again.
Would have liked it more for 2 glasses and not just 1.
Friendly ladies taking care of the place.
It was dirty! No duvet or clean sheets, we had to sleep on dirty sheets and the WiFi didn't work either. There were no towels, apparently it was wet.
Very poor accommodation. Room is terribly small, can barely move. Only 1 towel for 2 guests. Toilet seat was broken. No duvet to sleep under. Only 1 sleeping pillow per guest. Shower door also broken.
Wish pool was clean but everything else worth the price.

I did enjoy my stay there and it was very good indeed. And I would love to come again next time.
The two guys that work there are so professional and make every moment right for us. Our rooms were so amazing. And we really enjoyed our stay. The only disappointment was with the lady, not sure if it’s the owner/manager, as she failed to greet us during our two day stay. She needs to lead by example by creating a welcoming atmosphere. However the guys that work there really made our stay memorable.

The place has potential, but the rooms seem to be in a state of renovation. It is clear that the equipment/furniture/decoration and materials used are of good quality, but the craftsmanship is extremely poor and the finishing is feeble. The cupboards do not have doors and the doors are broken and full of holes. The floorboards are loose and scraped/scratched and there are unfinished plaster sections. We were in room 4 where the bathroom door was completely broken, one cupboard door was "gone" and the other was broken and full of holes inside. The dust on the shelves in the cupboard was so much that we had to clean it first before unpacking. The railing on which the side curtains hang is set incorrectly, which means that the curtains cannot open. I would think that if you spend good money on the products, make sure that the craftsmen who install them will be more professional. The shower floor tiles are of the "mesh" type and are glued to the floor in an unfamiliar manner, but no "grout" has been put in which makes the slabs come loose - so many tiles are loose in the shower and might cut someone's foot, again unprofessional craftsmanship. The owner should make amends, because if the finish were the same as the product, the place would be a beautiful place and a pleasure for visitors.
A day before our arrival, I was told that our family room is no longer available, due to guests who have a death in the family and will be staying longer. Our room was very small - couldn't move in it at all and we were further disappointed with cold showers the next morning which was freezing cold. You can also hear every cough and sound from the persons in the room next door, so I hardly batted an eye.
The units are badly finished off, especially the bathroom area. The shower access is poor due to the location of the rack that is fixed on the wall. The laundry is good and the queen-size bed is comfortable. The door lock, curtain fixtures needs attention as well as the bed drawers, handle missing. Attention to detail is required to get the unit to standard.
No clean bottled drinking water. Shower floor is dirty and poses a health risk. Front sliding door cannot close at all. Several attempts had been made to restore his lock without success. Our luggage was left behind at our own risk during our function. Main gate's motor did not work. Since we were the only ones with a porch, other guests came to sit there with a radio and make noise.
Made use of guesthouse for stays during a course. Place was dirty, was surrounded by noise and made it hard to study, did not have towels on the last night, parking was confusing but was fortunately close to the location of the course.
