4 guests' feedbackWhen we arrived there was no water. There was no water to shower, wash hands or even brush teeth. There is a large jug of water, but too heavy to lift and use. Our wall plugs were dead and we couldn't recharge any devices. The toilet's ceiling is open. The bed was full of little black bugs. The pillowcases were full of stains/dirty marks. The doors open and close with difficulty.
No Water. No reception to welcome us. Room not ready for paying customers. Very cold, no heater. No television. Definitely not what was advertised. No 24-hour reception as advertised. No security as the gate was left open.
