The owners are such lovely people and very accommodating. While being trapped in Struisbaai during the storm/flood, we were accommodated for an extra two nights at a significantly reduced price. It felt like a home away from home.

My wife and I visited Sjoe (nr 3) over a cold and rainy weekend and it was everything we could have hoped for. There was DStv, Wi-Fi and an inside braai so we had a wonderful time!
Small and comfortable and met all our needs. There were even lights that could be turned on during load shedding as well as a gas stove. Beautiful and stylish decor.

This was one of the most beautiful areas in our country that I have ever seen. We had a really nice stay and we will definitely use Sjoe again in the future.
It was booked for 4 adults. The unit had 2 full bedrooms with 2 sofa beds in the living room. The hostess thought that 1 bedroom and the 2 sofa beds would be used with R100 extra if we used the 2nd room. Only secure parking was available for 1 vehicle while there were 2 vehicles.
We changed plans at no 99 and ended up here on Wow. Received a very friendly reception. I will for sure if I am in that area again want to sleep there again and stay longer too. Parking may be tight, but it wasn't a pain. Think Wow's season rate is beyond fair. Thank you very much.
The atmosphere was fantastic. Owners leave you in peace and do not interfere with your doings, as long as you are calm and do not disturb other guests' rest. Owner was very hospitable and made us feel extremely welcome.
Wow is central and right over the shops. It is cozy and tidy, fully equipped. Indoor or outdoor grilling. The front garden is small and your vehicle also stops there, but you can just park outside during the day, then there is enough space for tanning and braaiing! We came to go to the beach and town all day, so we didn't mind! WiFi is slight, not for work purposes. Owners are lovely and we were comfortably received and welcomed with biscuits and homemade jam! Nice! Beds sleep great. We would love to come again and easily recommend Wow! Rate is very reasonable!

The apartment offered much more than I expected for the price. Very neat and clean, well laid out with high quality furniture and linen. Nicely sized indoor braai is excellent for unexpected Cape Storms or pesky Southeasters for which the area is known. Kitchen and braai area is also fully equipped with more than enough plates, cutlery, grills, cloths etc., which you don't typically get at this type of accommodation or price. The units are also very cleverly laid out for the limited area so that everyone has privacy in their own unit. Owner really goes out of her way to make you feel welcome and comfortable.

It is very close to the shopping centre, and close to the Struisbaai Harbour. We enjoyed our holes out. Everything was nice and clean, there was enough cutlery for our group of 9 and parking for 3 cars inside the yard.
Ons kuier by Sjoe2 was ongelukkig net een aand, maar dit was absoluut fantasties! Van Isabel se ontvangs en vriendelikheid tot die gerieflikheid van die huisie. Isabel se beskuit en koffie was uit die boonste rakke en 'n lekker verassing na 'n aand se lekker kuier. Alles was net perfek. Ons sal definitief terug wees. Dit was iets om te onthou. It really was a lovely getaway. Wow, it's clean, tidy and cozy. Owners are very friendly and made us feel very much at home. It's nice and close to the necessary shops as well as the harbour/beach. Unfortunately, the WiFi didn't want to connect at all during the weekend, but we didn't even miss it. We will definitely stay with Shoe again. It was delicious!
Accommodation provides everything needed for a few days' visit. We did have a problem with the shower. The pressure is not enough and the water was only lukewarm.

We travelled with our 8 year old and much older daughter. The property is fairly crowded with accommodation but for an overnight or very short stay the apartment was great. The kitchen is well equipped and the rooms were comfortable. The flat is walking distance to the beach and boardwalk and shops are nearby. Park is also a bit cramped. The actual rooms were spacious and we didn't hear any of our neighbours or any noise.

The unit is walking distance from everything and everything you need is in the unit. The indoor barbecue was delicious especially with the cold and wind. Wood and blitz were provided which was a nice extra. There were also masks and crackers put out. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to everyone.

It's the small extras that made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The décor was pretty and the quality bedding was wonderful. I was pleasantly surprised. The décor made the little place really nice and the lady was friendly. It was spotless and had everything you could possibly need for a relaxing stay. The only thing was the nearby bars that caused loads of noise, swearing, screaming, and revving motorbikes on Friday and Saturday evening, but of course no fault of the owners. If the little cottage was somewhere else I would give it five stars as it was really a pleasant stay.

We had a lovely stay. There are 3 units on the owner's yard. The owner is very friendly and hospitable and, because she is a grandmother, she thought it would be a good idea to be in a unit with a closed outside area so the 2 year old could play there. On arrival she asked me if I had brought a baby bath to bathe my 2-year-old and 8-month-old baby and brought me one. She also brought a kick bike and other toys as well as 2 safety rails that I could put on the beds or benches so that they don't fall down. The accommodation is close to the shops and not too far from the beach. Coffee and rusks were right on the kitchen table on arrival. The linen is good quality and everything was neat and clean. I am very impressed and will definitely book with Sjoe again.
