House rules

Reservations:
- When guests accept the quote, they agree to complete and return a personal information document along with a copy of their ID document
- Please ensure that the correct number of guests are listed on the booking form, as these will be the only persons authorised to use the house and its facilities.
- To respect the neighbours, no loud music, excessive noise or parties are allowed.
- No day visitors are allowed.
- Failure to comply may result in immediate eviction with no refund, including forfeiture of the breakage deposit.

Check-in and check-out information:
- Please note on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays, check-in is between 10:00 and 13:00. This is different from the weekday check-in times, which are between 14:00 and 18:00

Breakage deposit:
- The following may affect the refund of the breakage deposit:
The owners reserve the right to use the breakage deposit for cleaning, repair or replacement costs if the property has been left dirty, if items are missing, damaged, or if extraordinary cleaning of the property, linen or furniture is required.
Please wash and put away dirty dishes before departure, as unwashed dishes will incur an additional fee.
If guests bring pets, please keep them off furniture, avoid disturbing the neighbours, and clean up after them.
- Failure to comply may result in forfeiture of the breakage deposit.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in the houses. If any signs or smells of smoke are detected, the deposit will not be refunded.
- The breakage deposit will be refunded within 14 working days, minus any deductions. If the deposit is insufficient, the booking person is personally responsible for covering additional costs.

Self-Catering Essentials:
- Guests need to bring their own bath and beach towels, dishcloths, wood, food, toiletries, cleaning supplies, extra toilet paper (only one roll per toilet is supplied), and extra black bags (only one in the bin will be provided).

Pet rules:
- If guests have arranged in advance, they are welcome to bring a maximum of two well-behaved pets.
- Pets are not allowed on the beds or the furniture, please bring their own beds, bedding and feeding bowls.
- Pets must not be a nuisance to the neighbours and must be on a leash once guests leave the property.
- Remember to clean up after your pet.

The fireplace is not in working condition and cannot be used.

The owner of the property and the property manager accept no responsibility or liability for any injuries, loss, damage, theft or death, to any person and/or, to his/her property or any items forgotten or left in the house.
